10,000/10!We live in Jupiter and met our friends for an early dinner beachside at Breeze Ocean Kitchen! There is nothing like this in Jupiter, we were truly eating beach side!!! Zach, our waiter was great! After we ate, we made our way to the lobby shops! Tim noticed my one year old daughter in the gift shop and was soooo sweet and friendly! And let her choose any toy she wanted as a gift! The sweet ladies at the gift shop were soooo sweet and helpful!!! Matthew at the bar in the lobby took great care of us from there!!! He's awesome!! Can't imagine a better visit at Eau!! And their holiday decorations are stunning!!! We can't wait to go back! The lobby is so festive! We can't wait to go back and are mad we hadn't been sooner!!!!

Very disappointed in polpo , had a lump crab salad that was mostly watercress, bland dressing and a few tiny bits of crab that looked like claw meat.

Get ready to step into another world! This spa is the best thing you can do for yourself. From the moment you get there champagne and cupcakes are complimentary. The hot bed took the pain right out of my back! My daughter and I spent the whole day relaxing, enjoying the hot tub which showers over your head, the sauna, and we enjoyed the mani/pedi. All the staff was attentive to our every need. The luxurious shampoos and soaps were an unexpected bonus. We felt like goddesses. Do this for yourself!

Love to unwind here and absolute most due. I took my daughter and niece to celebrate graduation and motherhood, had lunch, massages and a day full of relaxation. It is a classy over the top place.I had the champagne body scrub this time, it was an incredible experience. Had my own little patio with a shower with a lot of beautiful vegetation, I was transported!

My wife and I were in Palm Beach staying at the Breakers and heard about the highly rated Eau Spa. Based on the reviews we decided to book two massages and enjoy the facilities. There are men's & women's areas, steam, jacuzzi, sauna and a shared co-ed garden to relax with your spouse. So went about 60 minutes before our treatment to enjoy those amenities. When we arrived we noticed a huge flood of water out front of the hotel and as we entered the hotel were told there was no running water for the whole facility. Yikes! We were directed to talk with the Spa to better understand the impact to our Spa treatment & the facilities. We were told that the water should be turned back on sometime during our treatment but showers, toilets and wet spas would not work til that time. For the inconvenience, we were offered two complimentary day pass for a future visit but we're from out of town and wouldn't be able to use them, so I asked the manager if there's something else they could do. She offered a 20% discount on the services, if we chose to continue with our spa treatment so we agreed and we stayed. About 45 minutes into our treatment the water came back on. It was pretty close to our massage time so but at-least we were able to shower. Our massages were great and the staff was very friendly. Our issue, when checking out the manager pulled back the discount she had offered because the water had come back on and it wasn't that much of an inconvenience. I was kind of shocked, that's so bad and you just feel tricked. I could have cared less about the discount, it was about the principal. She offered, we agreed and she decided to dishonor her commitment. Terrible way to finish what was an excellent massage treatment and bad social press for the Spa. Obviously a customer service training issue.

Eau Spa in Palm Beach is an absolute gem and easily one of my all-time favorite spa experiences in South Florida. It's so fantastic that I don't mind making the drive from Miami for a day of pure relaxation. From the moment you step into the spa, you're greeted by friendly staff and with a glass of champagne, setting the tone for a truly luxurious experience. To add to the charm, they invite you to "Float a candle in the Wishing Well" as you make your wish. You then enter into the "self-centered garden" which has cabanas and hanging chairs over a dipping pool. The decor is truly unparalleled, blending whimsical charm with sophisticated elegance. The spa amenities here are nothing short of spectacular. The sauna and steam room are top-notch, but the real game-changers are those heated tile beds and the massive Jacuzzi pool. I could lounge on them for hours - they're that incredible. They even have a room with spa water, sweet treats and cupcakes. They've thought of every detail: individual rooms for showers, fully stocked hair products and dryer in the powder room, and size-specific slippers in the locker rooms.I've had the pleasure of trying several treatments at Eau Spa, and they never disappoint. The Pina Colada pedicure was a delightful experience, complete with a delicious Pina Colada cocktail. The attention to detail during the pedicure was impressive. I also opted for the upgrade to the vegan long-stay polish, and it lived up to its promise of lasting longer than regular polish. I have also had a massage here, and it was nothing short of divine. One of my favorite memories is when I came to Eau Spa for a mini bachelorette experience with some friends. We spent the entire day here, and it was perfection. They offer an affordable and delicious bottle of sparkling wine that you can enjoy while lounging in the chairs outside.I can't recommend Eau Spa enough to anyone seeking a truly luxury rejuvenating and enchanting spa experience.

Went to the Eau Spa to kick off my birthday week and I was not disappointed. This spa experience was unique and worth every cent it cost to go. I got the signature 90-min massage and it was beyond relaxing. I felt like a new person afterwards. The amenities include a courtyard with various seating, chess game, and swings. Inside include a lounge area with snacks and drinks, heated pool, sauna, steam showers, locker rooms, bathrooms, dressing and powder rooms. I was honestly scared at first that going on a Saturday would mean overcrowded and not enjoyable.. but it wasn't. It was a decent amount of people at the spa and everyone had just enough spa to move freely and be comfortable as needed. All the staff were very friendly and greeted me with each passing. I can't wait to go back for another self care day. My Saturday was well spent to say the least!

Definitely a 5 star resort! Location to the beach is perfect as it practically nests right on the shoreline! Service is like no other with champagne at check-in, complimentary water each days, night time chocolates in our rooms, and infused water in the lobby. Rooms have impeccable views and balconies to enjoy the view. Location is within walking distance of a grocery store, boutiques and restaurants. Only draw back is that if it rains the TV doesn't work. Must be satellite? Hope to return for another visit one day!

Delicious & fun! Chef Chris makes the omakase 15-courses of yummy. He is friendly and explained each course in enthusiastic detailed while also giving us enough time to enjoy each creation. The food was fantastic. We can't wait to return.

My husband and I came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was wonderful. Before the service started, we were asked to set an intention for our day/experience in the large well in the center of the spa. From there we were separated to change and then brought together to our spa room. We had the Garden of Eden couples package which included a bath in one of the private gardens followed by a 90 minute massage. The staff during the entire experience was top-notch, making sure to communicate the procedures and answer any questions. With the package, it also gave day access to the sauna, steam shower, garden and lounge. Overall, it was an incredibly relaxing and romantic way to spend several hours. Would definitely come back and try other services.

Server was very nice, chef was very nice. Food was very underwhelming. Not very much nigiri, and what fish we had felt like it was from the local supermarket. No toro, or high end sushi grade fish that you would expect from a $200 per person omakase. Sake was great, the Eau is wonderful, the food was not what I thought it was going to be

We spent New Years Eve at the hotel. A basic room was $1,900 which was to be expected for the holiday. We also purchased two tickets to their NYE's gala for another $1200. With this much money invested for a New Year's eve event, we were expecting over the top service, food, and entertainment. This was certainly not the case.We checked in around 4 PM. Our room was ready and it was quite lovely. We were told we were upgraded to an ocean view. However, the definition of an ocean view is different than most peoples. If you walk out on the balcony and turn your head to the right, you'll see the ocean. The rooms across the pool area clearly had ocean view because when they walked out on their patio they look directly at the ocean. So if our room was an ocean view, I wonder what they call their rooms? At 5 PM we decided to get something to eat. We went to the restaurant Polpo, and were directed outside to seating area. It was predominantly crowded so we decided to go somewhere else. We went inside to a little sushi area. It had about a dozen tables with no customers sitting at it. I asked the little guy making sushi if they were open and he said yes. And then I asked him if we could sit at any particular table and he said no because they were all reserved. I asked what time is reservation started and he said 6 PM. That was an hour from the moment we were standing there talking to him.So we decided to go back to Polpo and get a table inside. The young and obviously ignorant African-American women work on the front area did not want any customers going into the restaurant as opposed to directing everyone outside. The restaurant was completely empty. Again it's 5 o'clock in the afternoon and nothings going to get started for the next two hours. She said we could sit at the bar depending on how old we are. We're both over 30 years old so I'm not sure what that meant. Again we suggested that we just go outside and wait for a table to sit at. I said, the restaurant is open and the bar area is empty. Are well dressed affluent gay men discouraged from eating here? Makes you wonder. We decided just to eat in our room so we headed back upstairs. I called the restaurant and hotel manager to explain our situation and how irritated we were as a result of it. Well, I live about 5 miles from the hotel, so staying here was in the beginning to appear more of a waste of time and money. After explaining to him our situation, he decides to comp our in room dining meal. That was appreciated, but not what we were intending to do as we wanted to experience eating in one of the restaurants. The New Year's Eve gala started at 7:30. They had a 4 or 5 course meal, which was rather good that started at 9 PM. This gave everyone there a good hour and a half to get nice and cocktailed before they started to eat. The food rolled out slowly and continued to come well into the night. I think we received our last serving around 11 o'clock. Again the food was very good. They had an open bar serving belvedere vodka and Dom Perrion champagne. Both were very good. The music was another story they had what appeared anywhere between a 5 to 10 piece band as they kept moving around. The music itself over powered the singing so it's difficult to hear the songs being sung. They could've definitely had a better band and better musical option.Overall I rate this total experience 2 stars. Clearly hotel staff need to be trained that they are working at one of the only five star hotels on Palm Beach. When people spend $2200 a night for a room they need to be handled a little differently than the customers across the bridge at Best Western that are dropping $79 per night. We checked out Sunday morning to take her a few minute drive home. Once I got home. I received an email from the hotel with my folio on it. Everything appeared fine. Couple of hours later I received an revised folio showing that I had spent about $500 at a restaurant shortly ago. I called the hotel and was finally able to get their charges reserved first as w
