Would definitely recommend Willette Transport to anyone needing Repo services for your company. This company has the nicest employees. just when I thought I was out of options for a tow Willette Transport told me they would help me. I'm a mother of 2 so being on the side of the road because you had a blow out is the last thing you want to happen. But I spoke to a woman named Karen and she helped me faster than I imagined! Had been speaking to them for days about a last minute repossession I needed to do before I moved to Texas. Given the last minute nature of my case, and the fact they seemed to understand, I do admit I was a little pushy. After having me send them all the documentation necessary, and driving all over the city to get the repo papers notarized, I thought it would be time to start the process. I sent everything around 3 pm and it was 8 pm that night and they didn't reply to anything. The next day it's the afternoon and they're not replying nor answering calls. I get a text from some other number saying they can't complete the process for me, I imagine it was them but I'm not sure. They should've informed me sir we can't work with you, instead of just ghosting a customer that was going above and beyond following their directions. Very rude and unprofessional

This company has done alot of repossessions for my agency they offer a one stop shop for repo and transports. They have gone as far as California, New York, Pennsylvania. They are Florida based company there transport service is top notch. They are fair on pricing they do what they promise. Great company
