I’ve been an amputee since 2007 and have been to many prosthetic Offices around America. This office takes the cake! Dr. John is so loving and caring, he is every bit as dedicated and amazing as he is intelligent! He comforted me through this whole process after a long time off of my leg, and finally made me fall in love, with being an amputee again! Truly if it wasn’t for Dr. John, I ’m not sure I would even be walking again. I can’t thank this office enough for their patience, love, kindness, compassion, and care!A truly dedicated, competent and knowledgeable staff! Thank you for everything you guys have done for our family!

Called to see if they carried “baby brace” for pregnancy women, I was placed on hold and then the rep confirmed they did. Said they aren’t covered by insurance, I told her mine did ? because I already verified it and gotten a script from my doctor. Not my first pregnancy so i had one before. She set me up with a same day appointment only to receive a call back saying her manager said they don’t carry it. Verified prior and now all of a sudden they don’t…. Not good business… 2 star was because the rep was polite

From the receptionist to the ortho tech John my experience was flawless. Great customer service. John was warm friendly funny and professional. My orthotics fixed my limp and just in time to run the dog show ring!

This company excels in everything they say and do, I was dealing with another company in Maitland that ended up lying and all false commitments, this company and especially CARLA and JOHN were absolutely fantastic, they kept there promise on time a commitments, quality of the product is top class it’s comfortable vert strong and looks very well built , as a first time amputation patient I was nervous and very uniformed in the situation but from the start they made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about my prosthetic and my future life with it , I couldn’t have wished for better service I hope you chose this company I’ll be a champion for this the rest of my life ….thank you Westcoast brace and limb

From the moment I was told about bka to where now I have a prosthetic, I have felt cared for beyond words. This company is great and follow through on everything. It’s been a life changer but they made me feel it can be normal again and assured me it will. Love WCBL Maitland and all the staff I’ve dealt with. They’re great!

I have had the best experience and well taken care of by West Coast Brace and Limb. Very professional and listens to your needs and concerns. Over 25+ years, I have been wearing AFO's. And these braces are the most comfortable and stylish pair ( I got to choose a design) that I have ever owned .

After working with another company for over 15 years, coming to Westcoast was a welcome shock.. Everyone from the top down has been amazing and you immediately feel the care and expertise from the staff.. I particularly appreciate their thoroughness and the technical knowledge of the technicians.I recently got fitted for an new socket and I have absolutely no doubt this will be the best fitting socket I've ever had. Even better the the current best fitting socket I've ever had that the guys at Westcoast also made for me! Super excited for the test socket and definitive. Westcoast Brace & Limb Rocks!

Andrew and Carla are the best!! They are extremely attentive to their patients and ensure that they are receiving the best care possible. Their one-on-one care also makes you feel like you are the only person they are treating and make everything as personalized as possible. I highly recommend anyone requiring orthotic and prosthetic care go to see them, they will not be disappointed!

Andrew & Greg are absolutely amazing, i have been coming here for almost a year now & i wouldnt want to work with anyone else! They take the time to really figure out what fits you & works for you best. I have nothing but great things to say about them! 10/10 would recommend!

Westcoast Brace & Limb has given exceptional service to one of my family members who lost their arm due to health issues. I'm always amazed at the videos she posts about the mobility that she now has due to the prosthetic WCB&L was able to get her. It's really allowing her to be much more functional than her original prosthetic that she got with another local company. She really can't rave enough about not just her prosthetic, but about how much the company cares about her well-being. I highly recommend!

My sister lost her left hand due to a blood clot. She initially received a prosthetic from another local company and it did not allow her to be fully functional. Thankfully, she found Westcoast Brace and Limb. Greg gave her an amazing prosthetic that allowed her to do many things that her other prosthetic did not allow her to do. He was kind, warm and extremely knowledgeable and gave my sister her independence back and restored her quality of life. Thank you, Westcoast Brace and Limb!

When you unexpectedly lose a limb (in my case, my right leg)), it can be devastating.My surgent recommended Westcoast so highly that I decided to go with them. Best decision of my life - because, do not kid yourself, this is life-changing, Greg and his team have been absolutely fabulous. Totally responsive and accommodating.They have made this nightmare workable and given me a new lease of life.With Greg's help and encouragement, after a few weeks, i am walking and doing fairly well at that.How do you thank someone for that gift?

Westcoast is amazing! I had gotten my first prosthetic from an Orlando company and it was not functional. I did not really wear it because it didn’t help me.I found WCBL through a recommendation and every time I wear my prosthetic for 10 or more hours a day, I am grateful.Everything the other company told me I was not going to be able to do with my prosthetic, I can now do. WCBL put me back to my full potential as an amputee.They even went a step further and got occupational therapy involved for me.They are kind, genuine, and want to help amputees.
