I came here twice on Tuesday 09/26/2023 to close and reopen a cd the first time I saw they were all busy than I left can back a few hours later was waiting for over 30 minutes Daniel is great and super helpful the manager Petar is there for no reason cause he don’t help customers just let them waiting even when Daniel went and told him I was waiting. The teller Ashley is super rude I couldn’t wait any longer so I went to see if she could help me than she telling me the other lady is going to help me she needs customers service cause she had none to be working with the public, she even had to help me at the end. Horrible branch a super big building for nothing. Daniel thanks for your help but I would not be back at this branch cause they don’t care about the customer at all. I wish I could give it no starts. Just ridiculous!

I went to open an account for my special needs daughter. There was only one person in the lobby and it was obvious that he was trying to brush me off. He came out of his office in a very defensive manner and when I told him what I wanted he told me straight away that I would need a court order to open the account. He had no time for me in spite of the large deposits I have with the bank.I went to a smaller bank who can open an account for my daughter-no court order or power of attorney needed. I was treated courteously and the the representative took the time to resolve all my issues. She seemed genuinely happy to help me. What a difference!I may move more of my money over there.

Im just giving my 5 stars because of Paula. Once i entered to the store she received me with a great smile and attended me in a proper way. Thats how you are suppose to be in costumer service. Shes a great employee

The staff is really friendly. That location has the only 1 banker, and she’s super patient and helpful.

This branch of Wellsfargo is awful. They are always closed at the weirdest hours during "business hours". If the hours of operation are 9 to 5 Monday through Friday, then why are they closed at 10:50am on a Thursday? Truely disappointed. Go to a different branch for service.

I have had an account with Wells Fargo since 2013 and I have never had a problem with them until I bought my second home and moved to Maitland, FL. This branch has been impossible to work with. They are understaffed and do not honor their appointments. When my husband and I arrived for our 2nd attempt to open a joint account with them, we were told that the person we had an appointment with had called out. I do not know why we were not notified of this when they opened. Instead, they waited 3 hours for us to show up, just to send us back home. But before sending us on our way, Darren let us know that we could open a joint account online. The funny thing about that is, we did try that and were prompted by Wells Fargo’s online system to make an appointment at our local branch. The lack of organization and poor customer service here is definitely NOT where I want to put all of my money. I would NOT recommend banking here. If anyone local to Maitland has better banking suggestions, please comment my post below, thank you.

This is one of the worst banks I've ever been to. They are very slow. I tried to close an account over the phone and they wouldn't do it. They told me I had to come into a branch office. I waited half an hour to speak to somebody to close the account. And then I waited another half an hour in line to get a small amount of money out of the account. They really suck.
