I came for the 1st time for a pedicure last Sunday and requested Nancy based off of all the Google reviews that mention her. Nancy is AMAZING! If you are particular about where and who does your nails, she is so thorough, meticulous, relaxing and bonus gave a great leg massage. Plus uses the plastic cover on the foot soaker. I finally found a spot for pedicures in Orlando ??

Nancy did an amazing job she used gel builder and I absolutely loved my nails…. Lasts for a month!!!!

So I came here for an acrylic full set, I had an appointment. When I walked in no other customers were there and there were only two workers in the whole place, should have been a red flag. I sat down and immediately the nail tech asked me if I wanted gel, which I thought meant instead of polish. I said yes. Apparently she meant gel builder which is something I’ve never heard of before and is a HUGE up charge but she never told me that. It took her over 2 HOURS to get my nails done. After all of that time, two of the nails are extremely uneven and have black streaks of paint on them. I was charged $80 for this service before the tip, even though the website says it is $50 for a full set of acrylics. She also did not draw the flowers on my nails but put stickers on them, even tho I asked her not to because stickers always fall off. She said they wouldn’t, but it has been 3 hours since my nails were done and I can already feel the edges of the stickers coming up. I understand that what I asked for was not an easy job, but if she couldn’t do it she should have been honest and said so. She also should have told me there was an up charge. I attached a pic so you can see how uneven my nails are. I will NOT be coming back here. I wish I could get a refund.

Kind staff but not the best communicators (even more so than I would’ve expected). Let’s put it this way, out of 4 nails with a design, I only actually like *one* of them. I tried to say something but instead of fixing it, they rushed me to checkout. (I still tipped 20%… I’m just saying I won’t be going here again)

This salon had poor quality work at best. Within a week the pink acrylic was breaking apart for no reason. I don’t recommend this salon and the nail tech was hard selling on other services. No thanks!

Nancy is the most sweetest person ever and ensures that customer leave satisfied with their nails. She goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. I really enjoy going here and love my nails~

Rude, don't listen and unnecessarily rough, cause intentional pain would NEVER go back. Don't trust reviews because they give incentive for you to review.
