I have tried dealing with this branch on several occasions as my late fathers mortgage is with them the branch manager is very rude in person and over the phone. I'm hoping to get my business finished with them and never have to deal with them again.

Poor customer service/ branch manager is a piece of work. Needs people with more empathy for others.
