“I got a flat tire at 2am, in a bad part of town, with my 7 year old son asleep in the backseat . I was a little nervous because of where I was and the time it was, and was quickly reassured that they would be there in less than half of the estimated time the third party I went through had told me. A guy named Bobby literally came right away, and totally went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. I seriously cannot recommend this company more. Nobody wants to hire a tow company. But you darn sure want to hire the best you can, when you have to!”

“Blew my motor and was stranded on a bridge right before Animal Kingdom with my 3 year old little boy. I chose to have my in-laws grab us and continue to the park anyway and work on handling the situation from inside the park. Danny was exceptional! He kept an upset momma as calm as possible, took care of towing the car and getting it safely to an auto shop. He was timely, gentle, fast and reasonably priced. He provided pictures throughout the entire process and even allowed me to make a payment via Venmo. I was able to still let my son have a great day at the park knowing Danny had taken care of us and yet I never even met him in person. We will use this company for all of our needs going forward. In fact, even with the adjusted price, AA&D still offered the most affordable option in the area.On the day of the pickup, the driver reached out to me via text, as I had requested, to confirm his estimated time of arrival. I greatly appreciated this proactive communication. True to his word, the driver arrived right on time in a very nice rollback truck. His professionalism was immediately apparent as he took great care in loading and securing my truck. I was particularly impressed when he took multiple pictures of the vehicle before and after loading it onto the rollback. “Very pleasant experience was had a flat tire called to have it changed. Most places you call these days lack care and professionalism I was lucky to be blessed with both.
