“I got a flat tire at 2am, in a bad part of town, with my 7 year old son asleep in the backseat . I was a little nervous because of where I was and the time it was, and was quickly reassured that they would be there in less than half of the estimated time the third party I went through had told me. A guy named Bobby literally came right away, and totally went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. I seriously cannot recommend this company more. Nobody wants to hire a tow company. “Chris is an awesome professional. We got stranded on 528 West Bound right after 520 exit with no closer exits. It was a cold night in January . Chris instructed us to secure the vehicle on the highway and he would tow it to the service place. He kept us posted on his progress. When he dropped off the vehicle at the service place he filled the form for the mechanic on what was wrong and took pictures of the van before he left it in the parking.
