Great location but horrible management company. Stay far far away from from here unless you don’t care about your own safety. The doors around the complex don’t lock so anyone can just walk right in. The fire alarms go off maybe 3 times a month and nobody evacuates because there hasn’t ever been a fire but if there was one we’d probably all die. Unfortunately they don’t seem to care about their residents, only the money they make from us. Me and I’m sure tons of other residents will not be renewing their lease.

In all honestly, having to be woken up in the middle of the night for fire alarms that are constantly set off is not luxurious. Writing this outside as the fire department figures out what nonsense set it off this time. A new management company has taken over throughout my lease and it created a slew of issues I personally had. 1.The random walkthrough with very little notice is somewhat irritating especially bc I work from home and they give a huge frame of time of when they’ll be coming through.2. Gates are either always broken or just never close. Real secure right ?3. Doors on the third and fourth floor are open without need of key fob since they’re always broken. I guess they don’t have a groundskeeper to do a walkthrough?Not to mention how other people will leave trash in the parking garage and it could stay there for weeks on end.4. Pool has been closed all summer. There are two pools but the whole point of two pools is so that each building has their own pool and not overcrowded.Response to owner:If you would like to learn more about how you can make it better maybe read the most recent reviews. It’s wild to me that I have to tell you how to be better as a property management. Maybe come up with ways to acknowledge your shortcomings and do better?Also replying the same copay and past sentence as a response to your most recent reviews is so tacky and just shows how much they care.I do not recommend renting here.

The issues with the fire alarm are not only annoying but also dangerous. I can't trust the fire alarm with how often there are false alarms. It's always in the middle of the night and happens at least once a month. Not once has the complex apologized or claimed to be working on the problem.

I lived here for 9 months. Once Greystar took this place over, it went downhill very quickly. "Luxury apartments" should not have dog excrement sitting in the hallways for weeks. The pools and hot tubs were not cleaned or working the majority of my time living here. Management would lie and say things were working when they were not. Is it really that hard to walk over and see if something is working when the office is on site? It would take weeks for maintenance to acknowledge a request and if I did not reach out to corporate multiple times my requests would have never been acknowledged. The property manager is also extremely unprofessional. This place is not safe to live in either, doors are constantly broken or propped open. Gates to the garage are constantly breaking and for months on end. They also do not monitor the garages at all and do not provide parking passes. And since they do not monitor, your packages will likely be stolen. They brought dirty appliances into my apartment covered in animal hair and dust to "replace" my broken ones. Management will also lie to your face. If anything is down or broken management will not notify anyone, how nice for people who have friends and family visiting or even residents who require elevators to get around. Join the Facebook group and look at Yelp to see the truth about this place because it is far from "luxury".

I recently toured with Jalyssa V, she was incredibly knowledgable about every floor plan and the community itself. I didn't end up leasing there because an opportunity presented itself somewhere else for me, but this was Top 2. She followed up with me with new floor plans and send me virtual tours of them to accommodate my work schedule. If you're looking for an apartment, request Jalyssa!

Had the absolute pleasure yesterday to tour with Tim. He is very knowledgeable and makes the entire experience more enjoyable and pleasant. It doesn’t feel like a typical tour that’s emotionless and salesy like this complex down the street *wont mention any names but their name is Peter THE PARKER* We were sold the minute we saw the unit. Thank you Tim!

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would: BY FAR the worst management of any place i’ve ever lived. I’ve been waiting for my security deposit check to be mailed to the correct address for about 5 months now, and every time I call and email about it being sent to the wrong place or inquire if it has even ever been sent to me at all, I get BLATANTLY IGNORED. The fire alarm is also a serious problem, up until I moved out in late April, the fire alarm would randomly go off and not stop for an hour or more every single day at around 6-7 in the morning. The gate to the parking garage is consistently broken, there were car break-ins and constant scratches and damage to my own vehicle due to other people carelessly parking and then not being penalized for it, as the management office wasn’t willing to help with that, either.One last thing:Be prepared for the smell of weed and loud music in the halls every night. If all of these things are good for you, then move in!

I moved in a few months ago in May and my experiences have been mostly positive. The location is great. Being right next to Lake Lily Park and so many other walkable places has been wonderful. My unit has also been great. There have been a few minor issues, but nothing to make me regret leaving my old place for here.

New Management Company. Horrible Service. Cant speak to anyone directly. No phone number. You have to file law suits for maintenance to fix A/C units. Hot tub broken for months and was told they have "way bigger maintenance problems here to fix then just a hot tub".I lived in every apartment complex in Maitland over 8 years and this management company is the worst by far. I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone even if they are trying.The workers don't have an ability to help and are rude and every interaction with the office staff has been a disaster.

I was at the office this afternoon with a small problem that seemed insurmountable to others, however Ms Jalysa Vargas came into the offices and in a matter of minutes was able to solve my renter’s problem. I always trust Jalyssa to help solve any renter’s problem I may have because she is smart, a true property manager with great people skills, and business acumen. The location is great, there are plenty of things to do and restaurants to eat at in the area. The front office is extremely responsive, especially Tim. Tim has helped me and while doing so he always puts a smile on my face with a funny comment or remark. In my experience Tim treats residents with respect and really cares. Thanks Tim!

Where can I start, Tim showed us the apartments he was wonderful and energetic and great to talk to. We applied paid they security dept, admin fee and application fee. In the mean time my sons housing had fell through and we now needed a 3 bedroom, so we had to cancel. Talked to an employee she told me we would get back a refund in 2 to 4 weeks of the Security and admin fees. Took our new address to send it to. Checked back in 2 weeks nothing tried in 3 the assistant manager told me it was printed on July 20th and checked to make sure the address was the new one, still have not received so contacted them back no one called me texted finally got ahold of someone the Assistant Manager and she said via text that she was contacting accounting and we should no something that same day. Heard nothing back messaged a couple times for an update nothing. Called yester talked to Darius he said they do not have an update and in this call I stated if I did not hear an update by next week I am goong to contact a lawyer (never said I had one) only wanting an update and our money that now has been almost 5 weeks. So today 8/8/2023 texted for an update status and I get this"Dear Christy,I wanted to inform you that I have relayed to Allyssa your statement concerning the involvement of your lawyers. In light of this, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to maintain contact with you any longer. We suggest that your lawyers communicate with our lawyers instead.Thank you for your understanding in this matter.-Darius CraytonVillage at Lake LilyText STOP to end"Really not even an update and no one has reached out at all, now they are gonna play us like this. I have also asked to have the Manager Call me and Susan Hernandez has never reached out. I would like this resolved and our $450.00 back2 Stars are for Tim and his energy he is wonderful and should have a more important role there.updated: this morning 8/10/2023 was told that the process is slow waiting for the back office and I need to be patient. They have seen stuff fixed in 3 weeks to 3 months. it's the waiting game. will post update if i get one.

I give a 5 star at maintenance guy Jaime and the new maintenance Ariel they are very efficient very satisfied with their job they came fast and they showed importance to us and we are happy and timothy is very good costumer service the best leasing very happy to help I give 5 star to tim thank you so much
