I’ve been dropping off my weekly small business packages here for several months now to be mailed off to customers and have never had an issue with a package being mishandled, lost, or damaged. They’re always friendly and polite with me as well. Definitely my go-to mailing center!

I’ve been using this company since we returned to the area (5years). I am a frequent visitor. The entire staff is highly professional every time, detail oriented, and double/triple check with every step. In addition, they are so kind, wanting the very best for their customers. I will not go anywhere else, due to the above reasons. Good, solid people!!

I went here to ask if they could ship back my WFH equipment after switching jobs. I told them the entire cost would need to be charged to a company account, which they said was fine. So I brought everything in from my car (a laptop, monitors, keyboard, mouses, docking station, wires, etc.) - few trips, in the rain nonetheless. They started weighing them and measuring for boxes and said I would be charged nearly $50 for packaging materials. I told them it was okay as long as they could charge it. They then said they couldn't. I had to load everything back up and take it to a real FedEx. I wish they had been more knowledgable and upfront to begin with. The guy explained that they have to pay for packaging material themselves unlike FedEx which provides it themselves (or is provided materials from corporate), which I understand. I try to support small business whenever possible but it did seem unnecessarily overpriced.

So after many years of coming to my neighborhood mail and package station for all kinds of things I decided to write a review and wondered why I hadn't done it before. Every time I or my neighbor has come to this place with the gentleman and lady that have been there for years they have helped us even though we don't know what we're doing. It has always been a great feeling to know that someone understands no matter what the packaging or mailing situation is. I wish I had many more local businesses that felt so personable and knowledgeable.

Friendly and quick service. On this particular visit I was just dropping off a prepaid UPS return. The gentleman made sure I had my tracking number and specified the day it would go out to make sure that was ok. It is hard to spot the store from the road and even the sign is not the easiest to locate in this unassuming plaza. On the plus side it is near a few good food places.

Sketchy as heck. Prices are through the roof--400% markup from the USPS. Whoever runs this place is rude, rude, rude. Not helpful. And for some reason whenever I mail something from here, it takes weeks to get to its destination. Or it never gets there at all. Makes you wonder what they do with the packages. This private company doesn't seem on the up and up.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Two employees/owners were in this place. We went there because it was on the location finder for FedEx. We carried in a large box, which FedEx customer service said could be shipped from there. The two employees watched us struggle with this box as we came inside all while sitting behind the counter MASKLESS. They said they couldn't ship something so big, but they'd try to find room for it. Um, did I mention they weren't wearing masks? The guy had one tooth. No joke. We left immediately; they basically pushed us out the door, telling us to get the eff out. Sure. Reported to FedEx and filed a complaint. DON'T VISIT THIS PLACE!

This is an excellent shop with friendly, helpful and efficient service. We have a mailbox here and would not give our business to anyone else.
