I dealt with this branch off and on for the past several years. So glad they have a new manager and staff since the merger. They are always helpful and June Torres ( the manager) is always a wealth of information.

This location is rediculous never enough tellers and wait times are not acceptable. I'm at this location right now and one teller is working drive thru and front counter. Get it together Truist!

As many others have written, just can't ever-never ever get through via phone.And when inside often think to myself that they could double as a Mausoleum.Doesn't Truist care about this branch?

Sad to report they have awful service. The part-time tellers are not able to do many transactions because of their status, part-time. Bankers do not work prior to 11:30 in the morning. Came in at 11:21 am and the banker told me straight out she could not help me because she didn’t start until 11:30 and it would take her 10 minutes to boot up a computer — all this was said after she had served herself something to drink, chatted with a part-time teller and browsed through her phone. Best to go to different branch to do your business where you can find a banker who actually wants to work.

If I could I would give lower they closed a five of my banks which were really close to me The closest one happens to be over 2 mi close to three this bank here is yes about 2 mi from where I live but then you have to do a travel a couple blocks do a U-turn in order to be able to get to it can you say accident prone possibly. If your clients wind up being dead they cannot bank with you. I feel sorry for the ones who have to travel by bus because then it's going to take about 2 to 3 hours just to go to a bank. The one in casselberry says it has a drive-thru no it's only an ATM drive-thru it's not a drive-thru. Was not happy when I used to bank with SunTrust many years ago when I heard that it merged with BB&t I knew there was going to be issues I didn't realize it was going to be this much of an issue trying to do banking with them.

They don't answer the phone, just send me to automatic system. I am literally just trying to see if they are open before I drive there. The nearest location is temporarily closed and number is out of service. Then this location won't pick up
