We are at Sonny's BBQ in Perry Georgia and I had the brisket sandwich and my wife had the brisket Philly sandwich. I never knew brisket came as much. It was the worst sandwiches we have ever had. Extremely disappointed. The best thing about the meal was the sweet tea. Ordered Cole slaw never got it. My son in laws burger came out 10 minutes after everyone else got theirs. If I could go lower than a 1 I would. Glad not down that way often.

3/10/24 Went to Oviedo Sonny's to order birthday dinner take-out. Sat at the bar to have a drink while I waited. No drink menus, oh ? no idea, so inquired about beer prices 5.50, inquired about the sonny's 6.00 drinks I rec'd email about and ORDERED, thought I was getting one at 6.00. NOPE, got a 12.00 drink WHEN GOT THE BILL. Was told, not one on the list...Well if you would of had a list I would have known and would have not wasted 12.00. Come on OVIEDO SONNY'S GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER AND QUIT RIPPING OFF THE CUSTOMER.

I'm not sure what is going on with the Sonny's located in Vero Beach, FL but we've gone there multiple times and we have not been acknowledged when standing at the hostess stand when we arrived. We stand there at least 10 mins without anyone saying "we will be with you in a moment". We are completely ignored. It takes so long to be greeted or even to get seated. We've been twice in a month and just ended up leaving because if we can't even get seated within 10-15 mins of standing there, we surely wouldn't get served in a decent amount of time. The time, before these last two times, we were able to get seated and eat, it took the same amount or longer to be greeted and seated. We thought, we would sit at the bar to be served sooner since it took so long to be acknowledge. Well....sitting at the bar wasn't any different. It looks as if they only have two or three people on staff and can't handle it. It took approximately two hours to be seated and served. We have never ever had this much of a problem at a Sonny's except the one in Vero Beach. Not sure what is happening with management. We often visit the Merritt Island location and Palm Bay and we do not have this issue ever. Things need to change at this location.

I mentioned how dissatisfied I was with the Inverness location that spoiled my New Year,s treat of ribs as they served me ribs the size of a chihuahua. The corporate office referred the matter to the store owner I guess.Someone from that store called and promised to make it right next time. Yup thank you. Also thank you for spoiling New Years Eve tradition.We are simple folks. We are not into the hoopla of festivities. We are into just enjoying once or twice a year a delicious rack of ribs. We eat mostly at home except when traveling or on New Years Eve. I have yet to see their offer.The ribs were not what Sonny,s is about. In the past when traveling, i can depend on Sonny,s for a decent value meal. Not this time.....The entire rack was extremely petite. My husband said he only knew one animal with ribs this small.......a chihuahua.Amazing how your happiness can be easily altered so badly.

I have given Sonny's chance after chance after chance in the last 2 years and tonight was the last time I ever eat Sonny's again and I will spread the word. I don't know who's cooking at this specific location in Ocoee Florida but I got a $20 baby back rib meal two of them the beans were so spicy you couldn't eat them I don't know if they have someone back there putting their own little peppers in or they like spicy food maybe and then the french fries were all less than an inch long and all rotten. Texas Roadhouse baby back ribs blow Sonny's away. Sonny's BBQ went from being a restaurant to a fast food joint just like McDonald's they're no better. Take your money elsewhere.When I called the restaurant and spoke to management they blamed it on new distributors for the french fries and had no explanation for the baked beans only that a lot of other customers have complained also! I will be taking my carton of garbage food up to Sonny's tomorrow they can have it back and give me my money back not another dime will go to this low grade so-called barbecue joint

WOW!!!!! I have had MANY friends and family tell me in the past 6 months that they will NEVER eat at Sonny's again because of smaller portions with higher prices and other dissatisfactional food quality issues.I have been a loyal customer since 1979 which ends today. I have a rule of 3 strikes in a row, your out. Today was the 3rd strike. A big deal meal with cold fries and a slaw for$18.60. Absolutely ridiculous, even the slaw for $3.39 was in a GREATLY REDUCED container which wasn't even close to full. 4 small bites. Will not waste hard earned money here again. Corporate America has destroyed Sonny's. We want the family business back!!! Until there are changes, I promise that Sonny's will feel the pain of losing more loyal customers if they stay on this course. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Went to the sonnys in zephyrhills flThe food was good and the server was goid however i ordered the wednesday special for999. I was told corporate pulled that deal and it was still up on there website so i oredered the ribs and pulled pork for 1199 low and behold thers a 2 dollar upcharge for ribs no note on that wrote corporate noResponse bait and switch lost this guy as a customer

If you had a zero, I would’ve put a zero on this one in the restaurant tonight in Palm Bay on Malabar Boulevard walked in. There was a girl behind the counter and she goes are you here to pick up? I got no I need to make it to go water she very quickly went over the next customer and says can I help you so I figured she needed some so I sat down at the bar right next to the cash register waiting for to come and take my Order, then another customer came in and she took care of them. Then she proceeded to go in the back when I’m sitting at the bar waiting. This was about a total of 3 to 4 minutes as I sat there so then I asked if someone is taking care of the bar at her area, so then a girl came up, so what would you like to drink? I said a Coke zero, Shannon be my Coke zero, and went off in the back never to see her again . Finally she comes out to take cash from somebody and I said you know why just forget it it’s no wonder you guys only have a one star on your friggin reviews. Unbelievable you should be ashamed to be in the restaurant business.

Lanes Ave Jacksonville Florida Sonny's we order all you can eat ribs and chicken got 2 order then we're told we are out of chicken and ribs can not get anymore when ask we only get charged for 1 meal prices instead of all you can eat no it's all you can eat prices which is crazy ask for to go teas was told we are out of to go lids and glasses seen another waitress bring lots of Togo cups out question our server she all the sudden came up with cups with lids and then left tip and went to pay at register they said server had to take money wait 30 minute for server to come to register the girl at register took money out of my hand and walked away had to tell waitress when she came the lady took my money and walked away she found her was told while I was waiting that they were out of brisket , chicken ,ribs and was told next time why don't you people just stay home could not believe was told that how incredibly rude .I can not believe this Sonny has gone down this bad use to be a good place to go will never go back and will tell everyone I know and believe me in Jacksonville word of mouth gets around

Tavares locationTook 40 minutes never saw a waiter. Awful service, neighboring table order missing 3 items took 45 minutes to get, arrived 4 pm Thursday night hardly anyone I restaurant food was awful. Won't be returning same for table across from us. When the manager came he sounded totally that he didn't chew

Sonny's in Wesley Chapel staff is over worked doing all work for not having the proper staff to work the restaurant is in bad shape understaffed all positions not fair to the employes so I send this to whom it may concern Sonny's customer

Food was excellent and service was good but was told that it's their policy not to accept virtual credit cards. In this day and time, they may need to rethink that and update their policy. Only reason for the 3 rating instead of a 5.

well i ordered from sonnys in gainesville fl on 39th the delivery by doordash what great driver very nice then this is when it goes downhill ordered baby back ribs side of beans and corn well the corn was in some melted plastic bad shoved into a white container then my beans where missing it gets better but they did include my side of mac and cheese but it just a spoonful of mac and cheese i paid four dollars for that unbelievable then now lets not forget the ribs lol i got a hlf rack of ribs that look to be just bones no meat hardly just thrown in the box like they didnt care. now you think it cant get any worse but it does so im mad buy this time so i call sonnys on 39th ave in gainesville fl they answer i explain whats wrong to the young lady very pleasant says let me put you on hold for the manager 45 minutes later no manager im still holding manager never does answer so i hang up will never go back there againi and this is very poor service im hungry and i put out 50 bucks with the delivery and the tip for garbage
