I've ordered a number of signs and banners from Oakly signs. The quality is top notch and the customer service is amazing. My orders were filled promptly and if I had a question it was easy to connect with them. I highly recommend Oakley Signs. First class service.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. This address is incorrect. They use local addresses to seem like a local company, but it's actually a national company. I called customer support and the person said she was going to hang up the phone on me. Her manager was very pleasant but still was unable to resolve my problem. This company has definitely been added to my blacklist of companies I will no longer work with.

Not happy with the services.I ordered regular post signs then added directional. Paid for rush shippment.First,for each correction/change wait few days to receive proof then signs sent quite later than even regular shipment should be sent. Quality low and very basic design and fonts. I received riders earlier than the main signs which paid to rush. I assume a weak mangemet dominated there .Even I received a call from a genleman who said he is owner and promised to send fast but still received one week after this conversation.I plan to send a report to ReMax atlantic Canada and share this info.The company apparantly got two sites. In one claimimng 5 star but in other one,which seems the real opinion there,is not 5 star.I assume, this is a way of misleading the customer.

Do not use this company. First time I ordered from them and will never again. First the girl I spoke with quoted me the wrong price. I am a Realtor and need my lic# on signs when they sent me the proof the # was so small I could not see the license # so I get the signs and they have the wrong #. They also had my name wrong and did not capitalize Realtor- however I was able to see those and get them corrected! They charged me for shipping and when I said I ordered with a promo of free shipping, they said they would refund shipping-I better check it was refunded. This is not acceptable service quality. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have bought signs from Oakley Signs for over 10 years and have always got exceptional service and Great quality! Excellent company to work with. I usually don't leave reviews online but felt warranted to do so with Oakley Signs having gone above and beyond to always help me. Many people in my office use them and nothing but positive reviews and experiences-

Piss poor service. The "sales team", I mean phone operators do a bad job of communicating anything in regards to how their company operates. I spoke to at least four individuals and I suspect that one of them was on their first day of employment judging on how they could not answer simple basic questions. My situation- I place a sign order for 5 real estate signs (total cost was to be something like $580) and ended up only purchasing one very over priced sign ($324) that I am not happy with, but needed to order after they wasted a week of my life with endless phone calls to figure out why they could not produce a very simple sign. Every time they sent me an art approval email, the sign looked nothing like what I sent them to make. They started by saying things like "we can't use your font because we don't have access to that" (I used Microsoft word- I guess sign makers don't have the rights to these fonts?). We kept going back and forth of them saying it will take another 24-48 hours for "our art/design department" to make any revisions. The crazy thing about this is that I paid a premium for expedited service/rush service. To make a long frustrating story short, they simply cut and pasted the original file that I sent them and then still screwed that up. In my case, their art department did not put in any effort to work on my project. When I questioned them on this, they stated that the company is distracted as they are working on their website and some other bs. Instead of doing quality work with great customer service, Oakley Signs did little to no work on my project and the customer service with everyone I spoke with was bad. My advise to anyone reading this review is to move on and do business with a company in your local area.

Great signs. I had an issue with a batch of ink and the owner of Oakley called me directly to take care of the issue. Solid company with integrity that stands behind their work.

Ordered vinyl print signs for my small business months ago. Ken dodged my calls and emails for months, I had to call my credit card company and request a chargeback.

The signs were well made at a fair price. The staff was helpful once you got them on the phone, but the 20 minute waits on hold and the repeated calls was frustrating and a waste of my time. I would not place a new order again. Maybe a re-order of my existing signs since I can probably do that online.
