  Worse possible customer service. Allowed my commercial policy to lapse, then quote x3 the premium.
  Absolutely atrocious response time and concern for a customer who had been with the ‘buyout’ company for 40+ years.

  Horrible service and communication. They don't follow up or communicate what is going on throughout the process. On top of all of that the quotes they provide you are not accurate. I was delayed 1 month in getting the insurance in place because the agent I was dealing with seems to have no idea what he is doing. He just disappeared without even bothering to follow up. I definitely do not recommend NFP.
