Nothing got resolved and I was told it was basically my problem) Fuck Mercedes wish I could rate 0 stars honestly that's too much 2 weeks after purchasing the car 2 fucking weeks, the car is currently sitting in the shop completely left open for the past 2 days for a valve adjustment? ($1,000 quote ) And recall and apparently the engine mount is loose aswell they want to charge me for fix that too Not to mention all the other problems listed below they knew they were fucking me over smh Take a moment and read the reviews before considering, highly recommend Bought a used car, car was listed in Orlando then was told it was in Tampa had to wait 3 days for them to deliver it to the Orlando store was told it was going to have a precheck, was not told the car had a broken rear passenger door, and driver seatbelt, aswell as the wiper fluid nozzles not spraying. And I unfortunately couldn't see the car because it was in tampa (My biggest mistake) I don't get how you do a PDI (pre delivery inspection) and not bring this up to the person buying the car I brought it up to another dealership and was told I would have to pay out of pocket in order to fix it, smh you'd think your certified pre owned Mercedes would be checked and you would be notified about those issues Would have bought a completely different car Was also lied about some things the car was said to have but in fact doesn't Don't buy from them unless you want to buy a car with many problems, most likely not brought up to keep you interested smh Not to mention paint is in terrible condition and there's coverups all over that look like black whiteout lmao Never again!

Honestly, this location for service is lucky I'm giving them two stars. I have been with this company for 10 years and I've literally seen all of the "luxuries" start to dwindle. 1. Let's just start with the fact that when you're getting a car serviced and you make an appointment and show up, they don't even know what you're there for despite having told the person who makes an appointment. Once again my husband Michael Chin showed up this morning to someone telling him he doesn't have an appointment (dropping off my car) to the next person finding it and then asking him what it's for as iF IT DOESNT SAY IT when the appointment was booked. This concerns me that the correct service is not even being done on the car. The service staff will quote 2 hours for something that ends up taking 8 hours and the three times this has happened they've stated "the system is taking longer" 2. The actual waiting area at Mercedes is hardly luxury. I'm not a fancy person but since they charge fancy prices, they could have more than just coffee. Take notes from Lexus and BMW- they're waiting areas are suited for people who are overpaying for these damn cars. 3. No loaners. They stopped loaning vehicles when doing a service about 2 years ago. Meanwhile my husband has a used Lexus that he bought at an auction but when he gets it serviced at Lexus, he STILL gets a loaner. Again, I've been leasing with Mercedes since 2014. Never ever again. - natalia picariello-chin and Michael chin

When my husband and I were looking to purchase a car, we weren't impressed at this location. They did not seem eager to help us- we had to search for someone and then ask to show us a few cars we were interested in which seemed out of character at a car dealership. We already had the model we wanted to buy in mind and thought we may purchase it that day. We were pretty excited to be there, but once we got there- the vibe just felt off. Everyone just seemed uninterested in selling us a car. We spoke with the manager after looking into a few cars and test driving one as well- and said we would consider it. We ended up purchasing a Jeep which has been a great decision and completely different buying experience!

Took my car here for warranty service, was told I'd get a ride home on the phone. No ride home, had to sit & wait. Also was offered multi-point inspection, after they realized warranty doesn't cover the service they tried to hurry and get me out of there without the inspection. Attitude totally changed after they realized. EDIT: Had me wait for over an hour just to tell me that I can bring my car home or wait for several more hours for an inspection. Even though I had an appointment set. Service manager proceeded to tell me they don't offer shuttle rides on warranty inspection, only if I'm a paying customer. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT BE BACK.

Hands down, if you're on the hunt for a car, Donte is the man to go to! I went the extra mile (literally 2+ hours to Orlando) because out of 8 reps I spoke to locally, he stood out as the real deal - no games, no nonsense. My local Mercedes Benz dealerships couldn't even compare - their reps were brainless doorknobs. I knew exactly what I wanted, but they kept pushing other cars on me without listening to my preferences. Enter Donte, who I connected with online after sifting through 300+ cars! His responsiveness blew me away; we were chatting even after 9pm, and the next morning, he had everything sorted. I trusted him enough to put down a deposit and buy the car without hesitation. Donte's professionalism, knowledge, and camera skills (yes, he's got it all) made the experience a pleasure. I highly recommend him if you want a car buying process free from the usual traditional BS. Thanks, Donte!!

Proceed with caution if you work with this dealership. There is a reason why F&I is the highest-grossing department in a dealership. It appears they pocketed my refund and kept me in a perpetual pending status. Some of the most questionable ethics from a finance office I have seen to date but like hires like, right? It is like a bunch of children holding their breath until mom gives in. No way! I worked hard for my money and should receive a refund in a timely manner. By the way, half a year later and a partial refund are different from what I expected from a luxury dealership. Take a page from BMW of South Orlando. When I put a deposit down for a new build and then changed my mind, he promptly refunded my deposit within 15 minutes. 15 MINUTES! No runaround. No unanswered emails. No blaming the customer. For future MB buyers, corporate is just as useless. They will refer you back to the store and refuse to step in. I've had more lux customer service at Honda which you so "kindly" bashed. Protect your hard-earned money folks.

Purchased a car from Joel and had it shipped to California. Joel was great and was so communicative during the entire process. I highly recommend working with him at this dealer. They were fantastic!

Please do not buy a used car here thinking you will have any Autonation benefits. I purchased a used vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of Orlando last month. Throughout the process, the salesperson touted the advantages of buying through an Autonation dealership, specifically noting the 5 day/250 mile return policy. Specifically because of the Autonation policies, I traded in my vehicle and paid cash for the difference on the new car. Unfortunately, my family simply didn't fit in the new car. That's my fault, I should have brought them, but I had comfort in the "Autonation difference" and texted that I would unfortunately be returning the car and looking at a different vehicle. I was immediately told that the car didn't quality for the return policy. The return policy was literally written on the online spec sheet (still on there now) and was referenced during the test drive. I escalated twice to get someone to agree that the policy does apply and to return the vehicle within the timeframe and mileage to unwind the deal. I did that, I got my trade back, and was told I would receive my refund via the mail in one week. I asked again why I couldn't receive a check today and was told it takes a day or two to unwind the registration. After a week, no communication and no refund. They lost my second key so I had to drive the 90 minutes back to the dealership. When I retrieved my key, I was told by the finance manager "I'll have the girls look into it." I knew I should have stayed and forced the matter, but I honestly could never have imagined that a large Mercedes-Benz dealership would be giving me this much of a problem on a transaction like this. Fast forward 2.5 weeks, no refund and literally no one will return any of my calls or emails. The car I returned is up for sale on their website, yet every one of my professional and respectful request for an update is never returned. It's a really terrible feeling to have this much money just sitting out, with no one returning any communication and no way of knowing how to get it back. This experience is now putting real pressure on my family and our situation since we can't get another vehicle until we get these funds back. If anyone sees this, please (***please***) call me asap to let me know how to get this money back. I'm sure Eric will know how to reach me given the unreturned voicemails I continue to leave. I can't imagine anyone there is proud of this service.

Worst customer service ever! Personally built the car I wanted. Ordered the car, made a deposit, six months later we never hear from the dealer, we have to call them, was told they have the order just forgot to place the order. We take time to go back to dealership, rebuild the car. 14 months later it arrives. It's so beautiful they put it in the show room. I'm so excited to go finally pick up my car and they won't sell it to us. They wouldn't honor the deal. They made us sit there for three hours all the while they had no intentions of selling us the car at the price that was agreed upon. Whats worse, after all they put us through they didn't care. Oh and they lowballed our trade in. If you want a Mercedes do not buy it at Mercedes Benz in Maitland.

I drove a BMW for 25 years and decided to purchase a Mercedes Benz. I have ZERO complaints about my 2014 CLA 250. I was one of the first people to purchase the highly acclaimed vehicle and it did live up to its standard. NOW the bad news! I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic check and service. I requested a new driver's bottom seat due to normal wear. The service was on December 19, 2022. As of today, I have yet to receive the seat (which I have since been repaired) nor my refund. I have visited this dealership three times to resolve this issue. I am going to hire an attorney! DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OR AUTO NATION!

Bought a 2018 Discovery Land Rover HSE. Supposedly it had undergone their 125 point inspection. The next day the "Low Coolant" light came on I took it back, they assured me it was nothing, just needed to be topped off. "Low Coolant" light came on next day, took it back and this time they did a pressure test on it and found a leaky water pump. 3 weeks later, almost a month now, and I'm still waiting... driving a loaner that only seats 5 when I've got 6 in my house, wife and 4 kids. I've been in touch with them this entire time and they keep saying it should be ready soon, but keep delaying... Tried to trade it in but they wanted to buy it back for nearly 3K less than what they sold it to me for. And... they're gripping about hooking me up with a 2nd key fob. Just bought a 2018 car at Greenway Ford and when the 2nd key fob wasn't provided, I asked and they promptly offered to have one made for me- what a difference.

I’ve purchased my new car in this place. Kyle Munoz is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person to work with. His is very professional and friendly. I felt he had my best interests in mind, wasn’t pushy or aggressive whatsoever. Highly recommend working with Kyle to buy your next vehicle!

Had an appt and 45 min still waiting for the car to be service. Still sitting at the waiting area. Why make the appointment then if the dealer has nothing available then don't give me an appt.
