Maitland Jewelers offers the highest quality in fine jewelry as well as white glove personalized customer service. Owner Elin Blinderman Shenk created the eternity ring of my dreams for my 35th wedding anniversary gift. I don’t know much about gems, and Elin patiently showed me different options and explained the differences between them. No cookie-cutter styles. It was a wonderful experience, coming in with a vision and Maitland Jewelers turning it into reality. I very highly recommend Maitland Jewelers!

Very unbelievably rude! We stopped by to look for something for my mother but didn’t see anything I thought she would like. The lady behind the counter asked if we needed help but we said no thank you because we were just looking. We left and decided to check out the comic shop next door in the same plaza. That same lady followed us into the shop, walked right up to me and said “Are you going to be long? I need my parking spot open!” This was 5 minutes before they closed and there was another spot open in front of her shop. She lost a customer. I will never go in there again.

First time customer and was very impressed. They took care of resetting my ring quickly and I felt very comfortable with this shop. Carl and Sylvia also showed me how to identify my lab grown diamond with it's inscription. Great location and I'll be sure to be back.

I wanted a very specific ring I had seen many years ago. I showed a photo of it to Elin who then worked with me over the next couple of months to get it right. She and her designers produced exactly what I wanted. I've had custom jewelry made before but nothing that matches what Maitland Jewelers was able to achieve. It's rare to find a business that is not only accomplished in their field, but cares about your needs and budget.I highly recommend Maitland Jewelers as a trustworthy, professional and creative jewelry store. Going to Maitland Jewelers was an all around incredible experience! I wanted to get my ring polished up before our wedding and they were so accommodating. They polished it and I couldn't believe how sparkly it was afterwards! Then they were kind enough to offer me coming back to drop it off for a couple hours to do an even deeper cleaning (which we ended up doing) and I couldn't believe my eyes. The ring looked brand new! Highly recommend Maitland Jewelers and we will be back! :)

Highly recommend Maitland Jewelers! I bent my ring and took it to Kay where it was purchased and they quoted me $900 (to fix the bend and size it) because i voided my warranty by not bringing it every six months to have it cleaned and it would be away for 6-8 weeks. Stopped in to Maitland Jewelers to get a quote and the jeweler there fixed the bend in minutes and said it would be $119 to have it sized and it would be done in a few days. The jeweler and his staff were highly personable and were very kind to my toddlers that were with me. They had a beautiful selection of jewelry that I will be sending my husband back to look at too ?
