Let me start by saying the various sales associates who answered the phone on multiple occasions were very polite and as helpful as possible (thus 2 stars). I cannot speak to the brick and mortar store shopping experience, but buying online has been a horrible experience.Do NOT order anything from this company online. On multiple occasions I was misled and misinformed about the status of my order, charged upon purchase, was unaware my order was on backorder, told it would arrive on different occasions (I received no tracking number throughout this issue), then today it was "cancelled in error by Shopify" without notice. Oops! I was told I received a refund, but let's see if that happens.The take away from this diatribe is to try the store, but don't buy online.

OMG! I love this store! We just had our second and Maison Baby and Kids had so many things we needed. Ordered our new car seat and picked up some clothes and a couple of gifts. The lady there was so helpful and gave us so many great recommendations. They even gift wrapped our presents for free! I’ll be back again soon

What a life saver this store was! My almost 4 year old left his favorite stuffed animal at a disney resort last weekend and I’m not confident we will ever recover him. He was so upset and cried himself to sleep the first night without Baabaa. I looked at every major store for another stuffed sheep and nobody had one. I finally called Maison baby and was told they in fact do have multiple in stock! After arriving turns out their inventory was off and we couldn’t find any in store. Instead of turning me away, they called the warehouse and had someone personally drive to the store to deliver 3 different options. I was so impressed with the level of service, I’ve never had a store do this before. It absolutely filled my heart to see happy my boy was to see “baabaa” when he got home from school!!! I will be forever indebted to Maison! Thank you thank you thank you!!

I ordered an Uppababy traveling case for our stroller on January 10th. By Jan. 23rd. I hadn’t received my traveling case so I called the store. The associate who answered the phone told me it was too late to contact the post office that day but said she would contact them in the morning and then call me back with more information later that day. It is now Jan.25th (2 days later) and I never received a call with an update and I’ve tried to call the store again but no one answers. I left a voicemail but no one calls me back. I would NOT recommend purchasing from this company.

In a world where we have several purchasing options our fingertips it all boils down to customer service for us. The staff here were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!

I love this store!! Each time I have been in, the store has always been clean, well-organized, and the staff/ owner have been so kind. I always come here to buy JellyCats as I love to give them as gifts or collect them myself. Each time I come in it feels like they have a brand new selection. This store constantly updates and rotates its inventory. There truly is something here for everyone. Also, this store is in a great location! There are many things to do in the area. I also really appreciate how spot-on the pricing is here. Even the more expensive items are NOT more expensive than they would be if you ordered online. I recently called about season JellyCat toys and the lady on the phone took down my name and number and promised to call when they arrived. A+ customer service! I cant say enough good things about Maison Baby!!

i had placed an order to be shipped in person since they did not have the item in stock in store and i was looking for a specific bday gift for my niece. they had me manually type my address and contact info and stated since it was friday it would be shipped from their warehouse the following monday and on that monday i would receive tracking info. monday came and left with no contact i gave it a couple more days before reaching out to inquire. they replaced and stated they had NO RECORD of my order nor did the store associates remember placing the order, after some back and forth where i once again had to provide my contact info and address they stated they would reach back out on the following monday once again with a tracking number, at this point it had been a week since placing the order and i had not even been notified of whether or not they had the order. Very frustrating seeing as this was supposed to be a birthday gift, and will now not arrive in time. I have since been sent a tracking number, albeit one that only states the label was created not been dropped off at the post office yet so we shall see if it truly arrives! As for the store i’ve been inside a handful of times and the staff are very kind, even if not the most competent people. Decent pricing for the winter park area but i highly recommend only buying from the stock within the store and not having things shipped, there was also only one of my specific item left in stock so truthfully i will be more surprised if it arrives than not! Fingers crossed ?

Adorable children's store! They have a wide variety of clothes and toys, as well as giftable items that would be so pretty for a baby shower or party gift. I knocked off one star because their prices are a little high, but definitely comparable to other boutique children's stores and I do believe their selection is better! A great place to stock up on gifts and even goodies for you and your little ones!

My #1 ‘go to’ baby/ children’s store for showers / gifts. Not only is the store keeper owner absolutely amazing but she also beautifully wraps each gift! Each time the store is filled with new and very different items ?

i ordered a jellycat from here, a little nervous as always to order from somewhere new and they did not disappoint! they shipped very fast and also answered my question right away when i didn’t receive a confirmation email after completing my order :) would definitely order from again!

Really loved this little shop! They have a great selection of baby items ranged from toys and clothes to decor and daily-use items. We had a fun time browsing through everything. We ended up purchasing an organic cotton toy (love that they had these!) and some rattle socks for our baby boy. Would definitely recommend for new parents or gift buyers looking for a unique item!
