I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Insight Pharmacy. The pharmacists are so helpful and educational. They really listen and then take the time to make sure you are comfortable with your course of treatment. The staff are also incredibly helpful. When I called, I was greeted with a genuine interest in hearing what I needed and finding a way to get me in touch with the right person. I live in Volusia County but Insight ships me everything I need. It's like having a coach in your corner to help navigate through the medical labyrinth.

I used this compounding pharmacy a couple of times. At first, I thought that the customer service was great. However, I ended up switching to a different doctor and went elsewhere. After that, I received an excessive amount of phone calls asking about refills that never seemed to end! There seemed to be no organization on their calling system. Someone would call, then a day or two later I'd get another call! Just way too much telemarketing! Please respect your customer's privacy! Try sending people an email if you have to reach people. Much less invasive than constant phone calls.
