I have called and send out emails regarding an apartment i want to view and even messaged them on fb. They stated they would get back to me via facebook, yet no one has called me back after 3 weeks. I asked them if this is how they communicate with all future clients, and still no response. Extremely unprofessional. I can't imagine for the actual tenants.
