“I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights (mostly business, partly vacation). The hotel's staff was amazing. From when I first arrived until my departure, they were friendly and helpful.My view was not much of anything, but I appreciated the effort.I didn't care for the room service food, but it's likely my preference. Also, room service is only available between 5pm and 10pm, which is unfortunate if you fly in late or want breakfast.If I'm being honest, the rooms were fine. They could have been better but they weren't bad. The floor plan was a bit odd though (e.g. mini fridge under the bathroom sink).It was quiet until Friday night and Saturday morning. I imagine more tourists around for the weekend.The location is great. It was ~15 minutes from Universal and about 30 minutes from Disney.”
“We did not spend the night, so I don't know about the rooms. However, the Winter Park High School 60-year reunion participants and guests were treated to plenty of food and scrumptious dessert by pleasant, professional personnel.”
“Reserved rooms for a wedding.. staff very helpful... After the wedding, we needed to refrigerate the wedding cake.. Shawn or Sean, no sure how to spell his name, went above and beyond our expectations. He solved our problem... Hats off to all who made our stay worry free.”
“NO BED BUGS!!!! Clean hotel, friendly staff, I say again ZERO BED BUGS!!! I’ve experienced them before so that’s my number one thing. A bedbug free hotel in Orlando is hard to find so if that’s your priority, give this place a go.”

“I try to stay in as many Hilton properties as I can (want those points !!) but lately I've seen a trend in that the incorrect color of the lighting in the rooms is wrong. Hilton standards are that the CCT (correlated color temperature) of room lighting should be no more than 35K, preferably 30K. The recessed lighting, desk lamp and bedside lamp all had the harsh stark white 50K lamp color. Thankfully the illuminated mirror in the bathroom had the correct color lighting. Hope they correct it for lighting engineers like myself who notice things like this...”
“They have a cool environment, everyone seems very friendly, clean place, indoor bar with all the liquors. Friendly service. I had gone for the dance, DJ played good music lots of Latin and salsa. Mostly, good dance music. He was thoroughly enjoying his music too”

“The fact that we were able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast on our own floor was pretty magical to me. The rooms were quiet and the bar and bartender downstairs were great! “I liked the hotel with convenient parking and a location that was conductive to the area I worked this time. I wish they had some type of breakfast for the staff instead of just a food market selling sandwiches that did not have any turkey or chicken products, just pork. With all of the diverse people you have visit the Orlando area and from around the world, you have to provide a diverse menu being sensitive to everyone's dietary needs.”

“We chose this hotel quickly as we needed a same day reservation. We were a little unsure due to some of the other reviews but once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is clean and appears well kept from the outside and the rooms were newly remodeled, comfortable and most importantly clean. Gina at the front desk was wonderful. She was kind and helpful and even attempted to call our rooms to make sure we were happy after checking in. The breakfast in the morning could use some protein options, but overall it was a good stay!
Oh and the Mexican restaurant next door was wonderful!”

“This is an older Best Western in a not so great neighborhood but it is fenced well and within walking distance of Camping World Stadium.
The reason for the four stars was, there was no soap in the room and the soft drink vending machine was about empty.
Getting soap was not a problem and they were very friendly at the front desk. Would definitely stay here again.
Rooms: The rooms were clean, my pictures were taken right before I checked out.
Walkability: You can easily walk to Camping World Stadium”

“I would really like to say thank you to the staff here . They all are so polite . I'm a military vet staying here waiting on my new apartment. I have been here months everyday they all are so kind. I'd like to really reckonize Holly . She brought my washed sheets after staying late to get it done. Her and Stephanee, all front desk . Even the security guards always very nice say hello ask how I'm doing . I know in few months have go to the new place. I just hope where ever I go I have atleast one person as good as them . 5 stars from me .”
“I read the reviews after I checked in, and I'll tell you one thing. I had to write a review after reading some of them reviews made it up here for the weekend due to them fumigating my house so believe me if it were any bugs I would have noticed them and as in management the owners I didn't have a problem with them at all in fact they were pretty accommodating the place was pretty busy due to the air show over the weekend wasn't that bad at all , now remember they cater the family and they cater the kids. pool was a little full because the hotel was a little full also just found out it was baseball weekend felt bad for the employees that they had a lot of kids to deal with (so you can't blame anything on that for the things they had to do this weekend they jumped through a lot of Hoops just to try to please everybody and you can't please everybody it's a must a check out yourself must check it out yourself you'll see location perfect reason why I am writing a review is you've got some employees that go over and above especially the daytime employees never met the owner but the employees make up for everything I4w think great customer service great attitudes I see no problem with the place that's why I say please go check out yourself actually you will be very surprised if you ask meRooms: Rooms are great size plenty of room for the family bathroom was nice showers are goodNoteworthy details: Like I said for being a weekend for kids around here for the baseball tournament today on softball tournaments and everything I think they handled itself pretty well and professionally I'm not going to go about the micromanaging because I didn't see a person”
“This hotel is not worth your money is a huge deception the room I reserved had hairs in the shower and the hot tub, It was very disgusting I couldn't take a shower, the chairs in the room had mold,the breakfast was depressing I tried to get apple juice and it was giving water instead,everything was bad I think inmates in jails eat better, don't go there ever”
“I wish I could give negative amount of stars, because I just checked in and was greeted with blasting loud music outside and in the lobby, then we had to wait for they to figure out what room was clean (it was 10pm) and they still didn't have a mechanism to keep track of that. Then, it went down, as I went up to my room , the strong weird smell (feels like they tried (and failed) to cover for past smokers (on a non-smoking room), and the bathroom looked disgusting (water rusting on the toilet, shower tub poorly maintained and a disastrous looking iron board, and to top it all off, the attendant was unable to make any effort to get me to another room when I asked as I noticed a full roll of empty rooms in the hotel. No wonder why it was empty, probably those other rooms might have been in worse condition, but this last observation is just me rationalizing accepting what I couldn't change at this late time, next time I need to do a better job vetting where I stay.”
