Never been here, just looking for a place where I can sell some stuff I stripped out of my old laptop in person when I came across this place. I think it's funny when a "computer store" lists it's website and it's not using HTTPS, shows that they totally know what they're doing.

I had a computer tower that was shipped over 4 states marked fragile. The tower arrived having been dropped on a corner, I assume, because the case was bent out of shape and the rivets were popped. Damaged the hard drive for which Dauntless was able to recover and with a new case completely rebuild. And in 2 business days. Very happy with the service and saved me a ton of money.

Had a family member's old laptop acting up while visiting for Thanksgiving. Was shocked to find this spot centrally located, thus saving me a drive to a big box. These guys were total pros, and gave me a free consult and had some very old components I needed to salvage the laptop, which is now running like a charm. Will definitely return!

First time customer. They didn’t have the CPU fan I wanted but gave me a complete assembly with heatsink and thermal grease. No charge. They now have me as a customer for ever! Thank you.

Contacted Dauntless for a future proof build. Price listed is approximately $3,400. Placed the order and was told it would be several weeks due delay in components but that I would have it by end of October. The end of October comes and goes with no finished build. During follow up calls I again request an estimated date of completion and final price. I’m told they don’t know final price until it’s done. Build is completed today and I’m told, as I’m driving to pick it up, that the price is now over $6,000 and that they have been meaning to update their website. They wasted almost a month of my time by not being upfront about pricing even when directly asked about it. Amateurish operation.

Tyler was a HUGE help today when I came in hoping to upgrade my ram! He was very knowledgable about the hardware and answered all my questions, and the installation was very quick! Thank you! I'll definitely come here in the future when I need more upgrading done. ✨️

Came in for just a small repair today (cleaning the fans in my laptop), but Liam was more than happy to do it. He even checked to see how well they were running after putting the laptop back together. Very friendly, and very reasonable price for the service. I definitely recommend this place.
