I used to like shopping here and online, until I needed help one time and support has just completely ignored me. I got one response from them on April 25th and I haven’t heard anything since. I’ve sent 3 follow up emails and nothing. I was missing 4 cards from my order which honestly is no big deal but the problem I’m having is that o traded away my cards to make this purchase and I didn’t even get it. Not a bad shop to buy from but if something goes wrong don’t expect for support to give you the time of day.

Not exactly what I thought it was was hoping more of a gaming store. This is more of a card game location where people get together and throw down different types of card games

staff didn't want to be there and made customers feel like they didn't want to be there, cool stuff games is a great concept and has a great website but the LITERAL flagship has the worst customer service, never had this issue any other cool stuff games.

Friendly staff and great prices. However it is a bit hard to see the price tags from the counter I have slight vision problems but it's no biggie.

One bad apple can spoil the bunch. I visited here with my son recently, and this nasty (what visibily looked like a) woman who was an employee made the most rudest, most smug comment in the nastiest way.PSA: I won't tell half the story or exaggerate it in any way. As I like for my reviews to be as none bias as possible.After purchasing a second round of $50 to $60 dollars worth of product. I asked a question about a promotional card, which I believe came with the purchase of sealed products. Another patreon mentioned I should ask. So I did.She informed me that "promotional cards are only for items purchased from behind the counter, not items ordered from the in store kiosks."Now I'm not a regular here. I don't have this information. It is not posted anywhere clearly or visibly.So I don't know if ordering on the computer is any different from ordering from the store itself. So I casually and generally responded with " I wish I would've known this in advance I would've bought them from (then pointed at the same tins sitting on a shelf behind the counter.) I'm making a general statement. My tone is genuinelyWish I would've known this in advance. Nothing more. She looked at the product and said in the most snark and condescending tone, "Awww, but you didn't buddy." Verbatim. This was her professional response. My son said, "Wow, that was rude." And we laughed it off, calling it a store scam. This woman was just so disgusting that she put a permanent bad taste in my mouth with the store itself. Which is sad because most of the staff are so kind.So my review goes from a 5 to 1.Until she's held accountable for her innoproprite conduct. Until then, take your money elsewhere.I'm very detailed, so when she reads this, she knows exactly who wrote this.Colored hairHeavy setMatte black long nailsPale skin.I'm talking to you. Personally, I am someone who owns several stores myself. If one of my employees was rude to any costumer this way. They would've definitely been terminated.
