Center Academy has been the best school for my daughters needs. She was drowning in public school and just getting pushed through the system. Center Academy has a specific curriculum tailored just for her that she can work at her own pace and not have anxiety about getting behind. Thank you!!

My son has been attending this school since 5th grade and now his is in 10th. The teachers and the staff are wonderful and have been such a God send to us and our son. He will graduate from this amazing school in 2022 and it is the best decision we ever made for him.

Center Academy has been a godsend for my son. The attention to detail, the dedication, and support my son has received is beyond what I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend this school to any parent whose child suffers from ADHD. My son no longer dreads going to school!

Center Academy began in 1968 with the vision of its founder, Dr. Mack Hicks. Seeing the need for a specialized, full-day school for students who were falling through the cracks in traditional schools, Dr. Hicks established one of the first schools in the US to focus on the needs of students with Attention Deficit Disorder and other neuropsychological processing difficulties.
With a team of professionals in the fields of neuropsychology, education, and individualized remediation, CA opened its first classrooms in the Science Center in St. Petersburg, FL.
As Center Academy has expanded to locations around FL, and into Smyrna, GA , it has stayed true to its mission and kept its focus on addressing the unique needs of each student.
