I work here currently. There's been a ton of changes since I started in 2018. I no longer take calls and thoroughly love what I do now. If you can handle difficult callers or have a degree in technology you'll do great! One huge perk, they love to feed you! There's always some type of event going on! There are definitely things that could be changed but I'm glad I'm there, no longer a burden to go to work. The hours are great M-F 8a - 8p! Can't say that about a lot of call centers anymore. Overall, I'd recommend this place...well I have! And they're still there!
