The guy with the one earing refuses to let people in the store to go and smoke for 10-15 minutes. I take this 711 almost every day it's outside my work and it happens all the time. Fire this guy.

Always have to walk into the store to get a receipt. they never ever replace the paper for receipts at the gas pump and if you ever try to let them know they have an attitude about it...

Darlene is rude and has terrible customer service. Been coming for a long time exclusively. Will not come back to avoid her rude self. Debit machine not working correctly and she became irritated and rude. Went to the 711 on O'Brien and card worked first time, so I guess it's my fault like she suggested. Enjoy being angry while making pizza and nuggets, cause I won't be around to see your negative energy self.

If I could give a lower score I would, the female clerk working the counter today at 9:35am is racist!!! Her behavior was unacceptable, I guess that was our welcome to FL greeting.

All the gentleman that works in the nighttime complain about the fact that I brought $10 in quarters not in a roll because he had to count it I said Jesse has done it for me before he replied I am not Jesse gave me attitude the whole time I am not sure how he works in customer service with that kind of customer service 7-Eleven is my favorite gas station I can go to Chevron and other gas stationsBut I choose to go to this gas station because Jesse has outstanding customer service but the gentleman that worked tonight should get proper training on customer service by Jessie

They do a fantastic job at this store. I stop most mornings and they are friendly and quick to get everyone in and out.

I am hesitant to even give a one-star rating. I have been coming to the store for over 5 years on and off. There is a clerk there by the name of Joseph, who I've interacted with over these several years. Today I stopped in to get some gas. The pump would not take my rewards phone number. I went inside and gave my number through the computer to a very nice and polite and professional clerk who assured me I would receive the discount. After I pump the gas I realized I had a refund coming and the amount was not adjusted. I went back in and the gentleman who I purchased the gas from referred me to Joseph. Immediately Joseph became very defensive. Saying that the clerk was new and he had no idea that because it was a Mobil station the rewards points did not apply. I said I understood that the person could be new but the misinformation led me to make a purchase that I could have made another store one mile away that would have offered me the discount. Granted this was $0.11 a gallon on approximately 12 gallons of gas. Joseph got adamant and said he would not give me a refund and to get out. I said I would refuse to leave until I spoke to a store manager. he said he would call the police and have me forcefully removed. I demanded the store managers contact information. Joseph threw me the card. I have been trying to reach the store manager for the last hour and a half and all I get is a busy signal. I believe this number probably goes back to the store. I feel it is important that as consumers we voice our praise as well as our concern when it comes to the service and quality of product that we receive. This is the business that I am in as a profession. Unfortunately because Joseph lost his temper with me, I will be pursuing in seeking out not only the store manager but the owner of this local 7-Eleven in Casselberry Florida. Store number 36690 on US highway 17-92. I would encourage other consumers who use this store to be cautious before making a purchase. Thank you for hearing me out.

My honest to god opinion about 7-11, especially this one, is how non-judgmental the staff is. It's amazing how little they care about who you are, what you look like, how inebriated you appear to be or what you're buying. I went in and got condoms, a peach Snapple, a taquito and head and shoulders shampoo and they were like "you're a nymphomaniac that's thirsty and hungry and has dandruff so what?" I love it! And the flickering fluorescent bulb in the ceiling with a constant buzz makes it feel like a Club after hours. 7-11 is a safe space. ¡VIVA A LA CONVÉNIENCE!

It's a busy Tuesday morning in this store both inside and at the pumps. The only person at the counter is Farrah. Let me say that she is awesome! No matter what food, gas or products people were getting she flowed so quickly from one customer and their request to the next. She was very pleasant and professional with a smile on her face, manners and politeness in her speech and actions of caring for customers. I hope that Mobil/7-11 takes note and appreciates her. Give this girl a raise and a promotion!
