Thanks to JJ at the Madison store we now have new phones. The online Verizon had messed up our order extremely bad but JJ was able to fix what they had done and we were able to pick up our phones. I will never again use the online store for Verizon. Madison is my store as long as they keep people like JJ there. He helped us get everything done past store hours. Great Job to JJ and his Madison Verizon store team!!!

Thank you Randee for always going out of your way to help my Mom with her bird pictures, camera and downloading anything, Your expertise can not be outdone. You are kind patient and sweet as always. We drive 30 miles one way just to see you always worth it. I also appreciate all you have done for me... and fixing my phone when I thought it crashed.(I completely panicked) Your knowledge and kindness is irreplaceable.... Thank you again...

I love going to the Verizin store in madison. Thank you dollie! I finally on way home went to Madison store, where the service was excellent and the employees are so much more knowledgeable than the corporate employees in Valdosta and those sharks in live oak. They were very knowledgeable, not pushy, and helped to chose my new phone, with which I am very happy.

JJ is absolutely amazing! I came in for new phones. It was way past closing time and JJ just continued to work with us. The Customer service was epic in this store! If you're in the area for a new phone or have any issues with your current phone, come see the madison store!

Staff here is amazing. They will go above and beyond for you. They have even helped me with issues after hours when they are on their personal time. Couldn’t ask for a better more knowledgable business. By far the best Verizon store ever!

Randee Has Been Excellent With All Of My Services For Cracking Crab LLC Ive Been In Business For 2/1/2 years and her customer service is excellent she goes over an beyond the help that’s needed for me and even customers that’s not getting service from her.
