Terrible service, clueless people, supervisor is an idiot. Had to go to Live Oak post office to get my mail forwarding removed which Madison said couldn't be done. Pretty sad a supervisor doesn't know the system ?.

Our postal rates continue to climb and our service declines. The Madison office has the poorest service and some of the rudest and most disrespectful employees. I don't usually write reviews, but I've just had another frustrating experience with them and I just had to rant. ?☹️.

Most aggravating place in the world to get mail. Why can’t the new postal carriers deliver to your house if the retired did …. USPS Madison’s answer “ It’s not in their contract”My normal carrier will at least call me and I’ll drive down to meet her but the subs when’s she’s out won’t even make that effort. It’s pitiful how far our United States Postal Service has fallen in the past years ……..

They need better customer service!!!! Gail is rude and disrespectful! All of the others are very friendly but Gail.... and for whatever reason Madison county acts as if they are afraid to address the issue or speak to upper management, but frankly I am tired of her attitude and disrespect to customers! Unfortunately there is only one post office in Madison so that is our only option to mailing and receiving our packages!

I( don't believe it. I had a relative die recently and the family requested donations to an organization in Madison. They gave me the name and address of the organization, and I sent a memorial to the organization. Received it back today telling me they were unable to deliver-no mail recepticle. The problem? The place is on SW Pinkney Street, but I simply put Pinkney. Come on, there is only one Pinkney Street in the town and this place has been around quite a while. Those are the facts. I want to editorialize a bit, but I will simply let the facts speak for themselves. (I apologize if the organization uses a post office box)
