My rule driver did not even bother to come to my door today with a certified letter and that is their job left a slip in my box that was not even filled out correctly extremely disappointed

Terrible service, clueless people, supervisor is an idiot. Had to go to Live Oak post office to get my mail forwarding removed which Madison said couldn't be done. Pretty sad a supervisor doesn't know the system ?.
