Been without electricity for a week and no updates as when to expect service back on and when you try to call you are told numerous times how important you and your call is and that your call will be received in the order received but somehow the number of calls ahead of me keeps going up and down even after being on hold for thirty plus minutes and being down to just one caller ahead of me. Then two callers, then three callers. I just want an estimate of when I can get service and when I finally get through, they have no clue.

Thanks for the wonderful service. You came today to do a light replacement on our yard pole. The tech was wonderful, polite and you were here within an hour of calling..you guys are super. Appreciate you all.
