I went in with a picture of a design I wanted on my phone but after seeing that she couldn’t even file my nails down how I wanted them I just said forget about the design. So I just told her to do a clear coat she proceeded to do a pink looking clear coat which I did not want nor ask for. The lady filed off just about all of my cuticles and scribbled over all my nails with the drill thing.

I went there on 04/22/23 to have a fill-in and on Sunday 04/23/23 my nail polish was peeling. The store was closed on Sunday and I had to work Monday so I went to the store to have it repaired On 04/25/23. The mail tech who initially did my nails was disrespectful, arguing that it wasn't her fault and claiming my nails were old when (she) obviously completed my fill-in on 04/22/23. She continued to quarrel with me (the custOmer while another customer was present. The other techs sat and said nothing and did not intervene until I finally asked who was going to correct my nails or give me back my money. I wouldn't recommend them to my dog. INADEQUATE WORK ETHICS!

I have pink and white down on my nails, Lewis always does a fabulous job. When I have fills done there's never a line you could never see where the old starts. Sometimes if you go in without an appointment you have to wait a little while, other than that they're very quick and efficient and get you out the door.

I am a regular customer that has been going to this nail shop for some years until now. I am normally satisfied with my services, but this particular visit one of the nail techs(Lue) talked to me in such a rude manner in front of several other customers. I will not be getting services here anymore as well as some of my family members who were also loyal customers.
