“Thanks to JJ at the Madison store we now have new phones. The online Verizon had messed up our order extremely bad but JJ was able to fix what they had done and we were able to pick up our phones. I will never again use the online store for Verizon. Madison is my store as long as they keep people like JJ there. He helped us get everything done past store hours.
