As the owner, I would like to respond to these 2 reviews. To Mr. Paul Hayes, I checked back through all of my messages as far back as February 2013, and I see no messages from you or anyone else requesting a wedding makeup makeover. First, I do not have voice mail on my studio phone, so you could not have left a voice mail. And I can prove that I respond to all of my Facebook messages. Furthermore, I only provide services for wedding makeovers for my Studio customers and their family members, that is my privilege as a franchise owner. Also, March 6th, the day that you rode by, I was at a pre-op appointment for surgery the next day.
