I’ve done business with this location since the early 1990s under previous ownership. Just this past weekend my washer finally but the dust. I went right in and met with Tyler and told him I wanted a speedqueen. They had both the models I was interested in on the floor. Tyler took the time to explain the differences as well as the sale that was going on. I picked the unit I wanted and carried it home that day. As a family if 6 we do a lot of laundry- and our new speed queen TR5 does an amazing job of washing clothes. Our clothes are cleaner, faster than before. And the purchase couldn’t have been any easier. No wonder this is the #1 store for two years in a row! Thanks to Tyler (and Mandy!) for making it a pleasure to get what you want/need.

Babcock in Madison Florida had a two seater sofa in the clearance room that had been marked down to $899 but when I got ready to buy it at the register they doubled the price to nearly $1800. They justified this by saying it had two prices one for each side but I was never told this until checkout. Matter of fact they didn't have but one price showing and it seems it was for the whole sofa. Why would you buy only half a chair/ sofa with only one armrest. That seems real shady, like a bait and switch. Not a good business. I will be e calling corporate.

I had the opportunity to be serviced by both Jennifer and Tyler. I brought my mom in for a lift chair and mattress. Both Jennifer and Tyler were extremely patient with my mom as she looked at the different variety of items. Tyler was very knowledgeable in each item and allowed my mom to take her time to decide on what she felt was best. Although I live in Tallahassee, where there are several furniture companies that are not so nice nor patient with you, I would definitely come to Madison to purchase items from this particular store due to great customer service. Thank you Tyler and Jennifer for the excellent customer service you provided to me and my mom.

Joyce went beyond to see we had a refrigerator delivered on a Saturday before closing as our refrigerator had quit working and we had just purchased groceries. She is a quality employee that knows first rate customer service. She really cares about her customers!
