“Truck broke down on me two days before Thanksgiving at live oak chicken plant they towed to there shop and tooke to a hotel they were so nice the whole family the kids are so respectful. I had a bad turbo I needed new dpf filters my torque arms was bad I had a lot going on but they took great care of me fixed my truck took a Lil while that was because of parts but they did a great job I would definitely recommend them and they definitely have a new customer all the way from Riverview fla thank y'all again for getting me back on the road”

“Upon arriving home in my driveway today, January 23, at approximately 430pm, my truck started smoking profusely with a nasty smell. I contacted the local Fire Department for safety reasons. The Fire Department arrived in time for the truck to remain in safety mode, stating that the radiator hose had busted and the truck must be repaired before driving it. I contacted Triple AAA for assistance towing the truck to local auto maintenance. Jason from Jimmies's Firestone Service Center contacted me via phone and advised me of his approximate time. Jason arrived within an hour. I was shocked at the promptness with which Jason prepared the truck for the upcoming tow. Jason displayed a professional and exemplary attitude. He was courteous and wasted no time placing the truck on the tow truck he was driving. This was my first interaction with Jimmie's Firestone Service Center and Towing. I was IMPRESSED!”

“Brandon of Jimmy's Firestone in Madison Fl (near Tallahassee) was not only a tow truck driver, he was truly a knight in shining armor for my 18 y/o daughter who was stranded on I-10 at night in the rain. She was terrified, as was I. We live nearly 4 hours from there and he (a father of 5) knew exactly what to do to settle her nerves and reassure both of us that everything was going to be okay. He loaded her car, her, and all of her things and swiftly brought them safely home to Clermont at 2:00am. He and Lisa at their office location were a God sent!! They have set the bar higher then off the charts and I am honored to have met them and will forever HIGHLY recommend there services. TRULY OUTSTANDING!! A blessing to us!! “My boyfriend and I are from NY but was spending time traveling through florida. One of our trips, the battery light came on indicting the battery wasn’t charging. This dealership was the one that came up on google closest to the highway exit we were at. We called them up and they told us to come straight there. Battery was fine. Ended up being the alternator which they were able to fix immediately. So grateful because we would’ve been stranding in the middle of who knows where once the battery ran out.”
