Possible the worst customer service I have experienced. My son was looking at shirts he liked to find his size and the lady working there was very rude. She didn’t want anyone to touch the clothing. Even if my son unfolded the clothes, which he didn’t, that’s her job. So instead of making money for the store she lost money for the store. Customer service is everything when it comes to retail.

Worst service I have ever had in my life. The women with a short hair style had the worst customer service my family and I have ever experienced. I was really excited to get a life is good shirt but the lady was ripping stuff out of our hands and had the worst attitude. For a life is good shop, you might wanna have a positive vibe. Absolute shame and lady with the bob is cray cray.

Terrible store and sorry excuse for a store manager.I am a 65 year old women and a successful business owner Who knows what excellent customer service is. I purchased $150.00 in clothing. When I went to pack less than 24 hours later, I realized that I grabbed a medium shirt for my husband who needed an extra large. Manager would not exchange, never even looked at the shirt in the bag. All tags were still on but I did not have my receipt. Beware, no refunds either! Zero service after the sale. Such a shame, the store has nice clothing but will not get anymore of my business or my families.

Friendly people and not "mask happy". Were taking advantage of the ordinance stating that "if there are less than ten people in the store, masks are not required". We went in for that reason and wound up spending upwards of $100.

Ordered a swim shirt, too small. Sent several emails on how to return item for correct size, and received no response. Poor customer service.......buyer be careful
