Absolutely worst P.O. that Ive ever used. They have a couple of good workers, but most are old and lazy and don't care about serving their customers. Avoid if at all possible.

What happened to the rude goldfish lady clerk? Did they finally fire her? Rude as all get out, stopped going there, I heard there's been no sightings of her. Maybe it's safe to go back.

Absolutely the worst post office I've ever been to. The teller was slow as a turtle all she did was talk about babies and dogs. The line was out the door and then people were asking "isn't there anybody else here that can help us". Then she snapped back and said "I don't like it either".Maybe if you'd quit talking the whole time when you should be doing your job things would go a much quicker and you would have happier customers. I'm going to UPS next time.

Maybe have proper parking spaces marked so peoples vehicles do not get towed! Your tow away signs are hidden behind your dumpster!! Not visible at all!! Please utilize tax payers money and put up proper tow away signs!!

We came to the area for vacation, my daughter got loved ones some postcards we came to The Madeira branch. We had the best customer service, Gina was who helped us she made our visit an experience, she let me daughter pick and choose her stamps from the pack letting her pick her favorites. Just all around cheerful and helpful. Gina its the small things. Thank you!

I know this is going to be a shocking surprise to several of you, but this is actually a Post Office. 20 years ago, we used to use these buildings all the time to send correspondence to people we knew. In the past you used to put a stamp on an envelope or a postcard, I'm not even going to try explaining what a postcard is, and The post office would be in charge of getting your correspondence to the correct individuals. I know it's difficult to understand but it used to be the preferred method of sending mail. But that's back when people actually use the pen or a pencil and a piece of paper to write their letters. You'll probably be able to find a handwritten letter in a museum. Anyhow as far as post offices, This is a fairly small and personal post office. Yes ladies and gentlemen there are actually much larger post offices in the United States. However the larger post offices are not as warm and welcoming as this post office is. If you go in here say hello to Kevin or Jeannie. And don't forget to buy some stamps for your letters and postcards...

Jeanne is the most rude customer care rep I have even encountered.

Like others have pointed out, this Jeannie should have been fired long ago. She is rude and has a condescending attitude. She is the reason others have quit or retired early. I know this, because one of my customers who worked there toldme she left due to this woman's terrible disposition.Wake up Mr. Post Office Manager! Before she goes "Postal"!

I keep calling and the phone keeps ringing and finally Verizon comes on to say that the call cannot be completed. In the meantime, I haven't received any mail for weeks now even though I get a USPS digest daily which shows the mail that should have been delivered. What's going on here?
