This is our 3rd time staying here and it went downhill and was a horrible experience. Noone had let us know that it was under construction. We had called the manager Micheal several times and he never called us back. They pulled up all the tables and chairs along with the tiki hut and grills. No where to sit outside anymore. The shower was horrible and leaked everywhere. Will look somewhere else to stay and will never use Resort Rentals again because they just didnt care about the problems we were having.

We stayed in one of the smaller cottages on the end. It was clean, cute, and cozy!! The pool and table/chairs area were plenty of space for 2 adults and a child. Definitely will be back! Close to shopping, restaurants, and short walk to beach!

Loved the cottage 7 dolphin. It was perfect for our trip. Very clean. Just across the street from the beach.Nearby activities: John's Pass is just down the street.

Great location. The biggest problem is, if you rent for 6 people how do you pretend they are all coming in one car with all their baggage be more understanding you are make this great place a low rating place you will loose money because is no cheap to rent then to find out you have only one parking spot. That’s hilarious.

The toilet in our cottage was for preschoolers. That potty was the worst part of my vacation. Pool was nice, but small. Laundry was handy and quick. There were not enough seats. Pictures showed one more chair I think than when we got there.Beach was right across the road...great for the young people with us, but too much for my husband and me. We have to look for handicap access (beach/toilet) from now on. There was no place to rest unless you wanted to lie down...or be outside by the pool.

I stayed here for every 4th of July for 9 years. Dana and Janet owned it then. COVID hit and I have not gotten back. Always had a wonderful time. Hope to schedule a revisit soon!

Amazing place! The cottage very nice clean and beautifully decorated, very spacious and comfortable. The beach it's only one Block away, many restaurants and Stores at Walking distance. The pool super cool and clean, the only thing I Would recommend for the shower to have better pressure and that there is no lighting in the BBQ área. Besides that 100% recommended!

Been coming to this cute place for 5 years and it's gone downhill since property management took over. This year was the worst ac during the day would not go below 77. The refrigerator took 2 days to get to 33 and garbage under tv cabinet in bedroom, obviously cleaning crew or management don't care. We won't be back

Super cute cottages. Although they don't look like it from the outside, they are quite spacious.. Up a block and across Gulf Blvd to public access. One item prevented me from giving Five Stars and that was all the 'extras' that I had to pay for. Cleaning fee, Airbnb fee, etc. An advertised $144 a night place ended up being almost $400 night after all the fees. I could have stayed at the TradeWinds in a suite for that price. My suggestion, don't let greed ruin your business, because it is indeed nice, just not $400 a night in off season nice.

I just love it here. Got her last night from CT, walked across the beach today. Just beautiful! The cottages are lovely, comfortable and so do peaceful.I will say dogs should be on leases. Saw a big, loud dog in the pool area, barking at me as I walked by. If I had my small dog with me I would have been concerned.

My wife and I came down after our vacation plans in Pensacola Beach were foiled by the hurricane. We arrived Saturday 09/19 and left 09/24. First impression was, "This place is cute!" Pulled in about 4:00 in the afternoon and was pleased with the little yellow cottages and brick driveway.Place is small but cozy, with one parking space available per cottage. (Actually there wasn't one for #2. I guess they have to figure something else out.) Six cottages in two rows of three, facing each other with one more attached to the back of the office. We stayed in #1 which backs up to the front door of the office with a nice little patio and table/chairs where my wife was able to comfortably go out to smoke. Had a nice dinner there as well, when we cooked out the last night we were there. The grill situation is something I'm going to be complaining about in a bit. This place should be a little bit of paradise, and I wanted to love it, but there are some issues.PROS -Great location! Across the street from the beach. Short walk to several bars and restaurants as well as John's Pass.Relatively affordable. Given the location and amenities (if they all were in good working order.)Cute and cozy. Your wife is gonna love it.CONS -Lighting problems. Each cottage has two lights on the front. One on each side of the door. Out of the six cottages facing the parking area, the lights only worked on one of them (#2). This made it very dark at night.More lighting problems. There were string lights around the pool fence. They didn't work. Looked like they hadn't worked in a while. There were rope lights under the roofs of the two pool cabanas. Only one of those worked. Again, from the dead vines grown up around them they looked like they hadn't worked in a while either. There were small solar lights mounted on the pool fence and only one of those worked. Again, made it pretty dark around the pool at night. Also there is a pool heater but it seems like it wasn't on. Would've been a lot nicer after sundown if it was.Same lighting problems with the grill area. String lights that didn't work. Solar lights that didn't work. It was so dark I had to use the flashlight on my phone to see the food I was grilling. I also had to take parts from two grills and combine them to make one decent grilling situation.I don't know if it's because maybe the season is over or because Covid or what, but it just seemed like no one has paid much attention to the place in a while. There was no one in the office the whole time we were there. Actually never saw or spoke to any management. Booked online and got an email with the code for the door. Someone did clean the pool the third day. Didn't see them but noticed the pool was missing the debris from the palm trees that had been in it.The shower is TINY. I've stayed in camper trailers with bigger showers. So small you can barely turn around in it. Forget about bending over to wash your legs.Rules stating you have to take out the trash and wash the dishes before you leave. Not that big a deal but I don't see why housekeeping can't take care of that. Also there was no dish soap so I had to go buy some. Left it for the next folks. Also rules stated if you're caught smoking inside they will kick you out immediately with no refund, but you can smoke outside ONLY of it doesn't bother your neighbors. So if someone had complained I guess my wife would've had to go stand in the street to smoke. Thankfully that didn't happen.Big picture windows around the front of the cottage with blinds over them. Seemed okay until you realized that if you open the blinds everyone in the other cabins can see right in like you're on display. Day or night.I wanted to like the cottages. I do like the cottages in spite of my complaints. I would consider coming back if I knew they were better maintained.
