Good morning I'm so sorry for the destruction that has come up on you guys God has your back I just want to say my friend and I was there last year in November for her birthday Kathi. We've had Revelations for this November and God plan something else because of what his happened but I will keep you guys in my prayers and I know that everything is going to be alright but keep God first and everything else will fall in place be blessed and safe as long as you are living and your family is all right that what matters every thing else is material you can always build back up but you cant get a life back this too shall come to pass Joyce and Kathi from Kansas City Kansas and Missouri. Me and my wife spent our honeymoon here, would give 5/5 but on our first night we were placed into the building with construction going on. We were not told that until we had already paid for the room, she told us nothing would be in the way but when we got to our room we had scalpels directly in front of our balcony blocking our "ocean front view". Talked with staff later that night and got switched to a better room, different building top floor with a tremendous view. Overall had a wonderful time here at Shoreline.

Everyone was super nice. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Maid service excellent. Pool was under renovation but we were informed prior to visit. Continental breakfast was okay. Definitely when we go back to Madeira Beach we will stay at Shoreline.

Always a great time at the Shoreline resort, excellent customer service, great rooms and perfect location we have been coming to the shoreline now for the past 7 years and will continue coming back.

Unfortunately we checked in the week of a Hurricane. However they were very helpful and even refunded our money. We would stay at Shoreline again anytime.

Let me start off by saying the staff was nice especially the guy, he was very nice and very helpful. They offer on the go breakfast & juices. It is an older resort, has a great view of the beach. Rooms are spacious and very dated. I was mislead by their website say the rooms are “newly” remodeled, that is not true and some have been updated but they are still dated with older furniture. Cleanliness- rooms were decent. The office and the rooms had a smell & it could be from the building being old. Parking is good. If you’re ok staying at a motel 6 or Budget inn, then this place would be great for you. I’m giving a 2 star for the staff & balcony view.
Rooms: Rooms are spacious & a nice floor plan. The rooms need to be updated and new furniture.
Safety: Area was pretty quiet

King Studio, gulf front was clean and well appointed. Loved our stay and was very relaxing. Met a lot of wonderful people and the staff were exceptional. I will return.
Rooms: Very clean and well appointed.
Nearby activities: Johns Pass and restaurants within walking distance.
Safety: Quiet and safe.
Walkability: Close to shopping and restuarants.
Food and drinks: Nice morning coffee and breakfast snacks.
Noteworthy details: The staff was exceptional.

Absolutely LOVE this place. 2nd time we have stayed there. So quiet bc of being 21 and up, and everyone (including guests) have always been very polite.
This trip started off on a bad leg with a cancelled flight and we were delayed arriving and checking in over 24hrs. Not only did they hold our room, they didn't even charge us that first night we weren't there.
They will always have our business when we're in this area

Was told that pool would be closed during stay, was going to cancel, but I called and was reassured it would close August 1st but when arrived on July 29th it was already closed. So no pool

This resort is fantastic. Great beach view. Exceptionally large room. Comfortable bed. Lovely staff. All adult resort, so it’s quiet.
