We don't have that issue here. They have so many great options and our dog, Rouge has a happy tummy because of it! They're also super helpful in helping you make the right choices for your pup! As a fellow business owner, it's also great knowing that we're supporting another small business here in St. Pete!”
“They clipped my pug's nails (if you are a pug owner, you understand how dramatic they can be) and they did a great job! We did a walk in and was out in 10 mins and my little Poe has nice short nails! We will be back again for sure! It was $15 for the service and a better price than petco and it's local! “This is my new fave local pet store. They helped me out tremendously with my senior dog. I’ve been researching and trying out different solutions for food and supplements over the past year. I walked in here one day and one of their team members was super knowledgeable about dog nutrition and literally made everything so easy.One of the things I was juggling with my doggo was his new found pickiness with food. After finding out my needs, doggos needs and my budget, we arrived at freeze dried food and I walked about with some samples for Grandma Lucy’s to make sure my pups loved the foods before I bought them.I’ve been back many times and been telling everyone who has a pet about this place!”

We always come here for our litter and they have a reward program where after so many bags you get one free. They have everything you would expect, pet food, a wide range of toys, including modular cat trees. They also run an adoption service like most places where you can visit with a cat who needs a home and adopt them.They mostly focus on cats and dogs, however I believe they also have food and supplies for other pets such as reptiles, birds, and fish. Overall it's a great place and I highly recommend stopping here before heading to one of the larger chains, especially if you have questions as a new pet owner and could use someone to talk to.”

“I love there grooming department ! Melody was great grooming my dog Roxy. They are affordable for bathing, and saves me so much time and energy! Yes I use to use the self serve dog wash but this is so much better ! I do an okay job but they do an even better job, and they are more affordable than most places around here for bathing services. Highly recommend to give it a try if you are tired of using the self serve wash !”

“I give this store 5 stars for going above and beyond for customer service. A few weeks ago I bought a hard plastic dog crate from a different Pet Supermarket in Tampa. We are moving to Hawaii and have a cross country drive we are in the middle of now. The evening before we left I noticed a crack on my dogs crate, frantic since I knew the airline is very strict and wouldn’t let her fly in that I called the nearest Pet Supermarket. No medium crate available. The 3 nearest stores did not have a medium. The 4th store I spoke to the manager and explained the situation and she agreed to allow me to exchange the crate since I did have my receipt. We drove 45min each way but so thankful they had one available and allowed me the exchange even though the original purchase was from a different store. Made a stressful situation and stressful move a little bit better!! Thank you so much!”
