We found this gem when we decided to stay longer in the St Pete area. Our cottage, Sea Grape, was clean and comfortable. It was nicely decorated and included everything we needed for our stay. If you want to cook, you will need to bring all food related items with you, including spices. The kitchen does have everything you will need for prep, cooking, and serving. The property includes two nice, large, propane grills outside, plus a tiki patio, a pool with lots of nice poolside furniture, and a fire pit. The front porch had seating, and other areas on the property had a lot of seating available. The beds are very comfortable for us, and we slept well. It was quiet most of the time except for a loud truck starting out front early, and neighbors across the street loudly arguing one morning. The outside door to the bedroom with single beds could do with some weather stripping for softening noise. The location is a few blocks from John's Pass shops, and a few blocks directly to the beach. Beach towels are provided as well as other towels and linens. The beach was not crowded and the sand was so soft! Renting a cabana was $35 a day, with a discount for later in the day on multiple days - definitely worth it and less expensive than Treasure Island. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
Nearby activities: The beach is just a few away, and an easy walk.
Walkability: It's a short, easy walk to many shops and restaurants.
Food & drinks: Restaurants and coffee shops are available within a few blocks.

The room was big, clean, and came with everything we needed. The separate kitchen and living room area was especially nice. The grounds and pool were well kept. The resort set up would be perfect for friend/family get togethers. Overall very nice stay.

The cottages need a bit of upkeep and getting extra linens are a pain. Pool was great and you can't beat the location. Would stay here again

Let me say that the location is great. You’re a stones throw from the beach and Johns Pass (Johns pass offers shopping, dining and entertainment). We booked our stay through a website called itrip and let me tell you, they were geniuses in their marketing. They must’ve taken pictures when it was newly renovated because nothing had been done in years, no maintenance no nothing. The “fire pit” looked like it sat outside for ten years, the cushions hadn’t been changed in probably a few years. The pool was warm but oh so tiny.-we stayed in the sky villa, a two bedroom one bathroom.-the second bedroom wasn’t big enough for a pack and play. That’s correct folks, it wasn’t even like three feet wide.-the desk in the bedroom was broken, you couldn’t use it. You opened it and the hinge was broken almost rendering the face to call to the ground.-the coffee table was broken, our 19 month old put her hands on the top and the whole thing almost collapsed. We noticed a leg was completely detached-the lights flickered constantly-the tvs were rokus so you had two different remotes, figuring out the cable was a nightmare-the cleaning was subpar. I took photos of all the hair, dirt and debri that I swept up-the shower curtain was way too tiny for the shower so water went all over the floor (causing the outside bottom of tub to begin to mildew)-the wooden railing upstairs was broken, so there was no way my 19 month old could run around outside upstairs, in fear of another piece breaking-there was NO HAND SOAP. I couldn’t believe it. ZERO hand soap. We were left washing our hands with Palmolive all week.-the “amenities,” such as beach carts were all busted, some missing wheels etcThe pictures look so beautiful but it was dumpy. We won’t be staying again.

First of all location is everything! So close to whatever you need. Bungalow it’s self you clean, cute and comfortable. Pool was cleaned everyday. Grills were provided as were there many tables available outside. If you have questions they were answered quickly. Loved this place!

Old beat up place?we dealt with a water leak all labor day weekend ?. In top of very noisy neighborhoods all day and night... To finish up our weekend get away from the house with some workers working on the pool on labor day morning 8:00 am 3 feet away from our bedroom window ??

We stayed at the biggest cottage, newly renovated. Very clean, nice atmosphere, friendly vacationers in other cottages. We will visit again for sure!!

Lovely quiet place with everything you would want. Had a slight cleaning issue but they were quick to rectify the situation by offering to send their crew out immediately. Beds were comfy. Cold A/C once I could figure out how to work it and very responsive hosts. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area.
