Spent the weekend there at a great room. Great service close to everything!!Safety: Very safeparking was adequatWalkability: Walking to restaurants the beach within 5 minutes 10 minutes.Food & drinks: Excellent restaurants within 2 2 ten minutes. Excellent restaurant next door good food and drinks.

Idk why its only got 3 stars. My room was nice beside the toilet flooded. But the front desk got it fixed right away. It's like a 30 second from the beach. Got a bar and grill next door. The pool is nice. Only thing that might need improvement is a bigger parking lot by a space or two. I couldn't find a spot one night until like 2 In the morning. Overall it's worth the price.

First Impression: It's smelled like chemicals, and the all time floor was wet. I'm the bathroom there was a hole in the wall with a dead cockroach outside of it.Bed was like a rock and so was the pillows. 7 extra fees was obserdDON'T STAY HERE!!Rooms: They suck

Last night I showed up without a reservation and the gentleman in the office was very accommodating. We got checked in in about 10 minutes or less. When we got to our room the first thing I noticed was how inviting the beds looked. We had a full size fridge and a microwave. I would say the cleanliness in the room was 3.5 out 5. I would definitely stay again for the price.Walkability: I walked to the Winn Dixie within 10 to 15 minutes to grab dinner.

This is around a 50 room old motel right across the street from the beach. Location is excellent, but the rooms are old and the hot water takes forever to come, it will come, be very patient lolThe service is good and they try to keep the place nice but my wife noticed a cockroach multiple times in the shower, I never saw one. The pool is nice. PS. This is the least expensive place around, you. Get what you pay for

My vacation was completely ruined because I was promised they had a heated pool due to the online description and Google searches, not to mention speaking to the owner then a manager. I have a rare condition that really is touchy in cold water so I book my accomodations accordingly. I basically wasted a $1000 because I like to go to the beach the most but I like to end my days in the pool. I blew $1000 that I wouldn't have spent had I known they were lying about the heated pool. The proof was because the 2 main office owner/manager's stories didn't match when I booked it....they lied to make my money and when we get there i walked right to feel the pool water. NOT HEATED AT ALL. I don't have any money...and they rob me.

We had 3 rooms for 2 nights. The second night, the toilet overflowed without being in use, flooding the room. Staff refused to offer compensation after moving one party to a different room, which had not been cleaned, as someone's dirty clothing was found on the inside of a sofa bed. The sheets on the main bed had not been changed.

I don’t know where to begin. Got to the hotel at check in time 3:30. Hotel looked closed down, there appeared to be no where or park.I knocked on the check in door(registration) at 3:45 and waited a few minutes. At this point everything seem skeptical. Finally after jumping through hoops and leaving an additional deposit I got the key to my room and was told that parking is down the street and around the block to the back side of the hotel.I dropped off my bags as I had meetings to go to. Getting back to the room around 10. 1 jumped in the shower. No hot water, too late to complain. I wrapped up and jumped into bed. The bed looks comfortable until you lay in it. It reminds me of a jail cot with a mattress. Mattress with Metal frame metal springs. Any move you make sounds like an industrial accident.The room was very outdated and although they describe the room in summary with luxurious pictures, it is very deceptive. The room had an odd Oder in it. I couldn’t quite figure it out but it was uncomfortable.All in all I booked the room for two nights and I will take the loss of not staying here for the second night. Only because it was a non refundable room.The pool looked nice and there was plenty of outdoor seating. The room was somewhat clean at first glance but after the experience I was having it didn’t matter anymore

DISGUSTING. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! There are roaches everywhere, specially in the bathroom, we couldn't even put a foot inside without stepping on them. The shower was dirty and full of hairs when we got there.There were also a roach in the bed, we ended up leaving right after we saw it.The Wi-Fi doesn't work at all.You pay over $100 to spend the night with the roaches!

Joseph the manager and George made my rest day at the pool and near my favorite restaurant a real pleasure. I'll be back in a week for some more relaxation. Ty so much.Nearby activities: There's Pete's Sushi & Poke just a short walk away and 4 or 5 more bars n restaurants nearby. A convenience store n shops. The rooms were clean, and cool at the hotest time in Fla. And very quite, so I got the rest I needed to go back and do another week. Yay.

This is our new favorite home away from home! Pet friendly and pet fees are reasonable. Everything was very clean the staff was very attentive and dedicated to ensuring our stay was perfect. Thank you to the front desk guys and everyone at Holiday Isles Resort!! We had a blast!!Thr Garcia Family summer 2023Rooms: Clean spacious rooms. 9lder building so the rooms have plaster walls and you can't hear any other guests. This is a plus when sleeping in!!Nearby activities: Fun center, great sushi and Italian, 711 multiple beach access points and publix. Too many things to list within a 2 min walk.Safety: Felt safe and secure staying here.Walkability: Beach 3 min walk. Food 45 second walk, beer 2 minute walk, ice cream less than 2 min walk.

If you have no other option or just don't plan on spending any time in the room, it's fine. But there's convoluted parking, very outdated TVs in the rooms, a fee for checking in past 9pm, the bed sounds like a sheet pan being smacked any time you move. It was clean, though, which is what saved the room rating some. The a/c is so old in the bedroom you can't set a temp just hope it gets cold. The attendant who did check in was friendly and professional though, the pool looked clean, there were some outdoor tables to hang out at if wanted. It was a 50/50 experience for me, just glad we were only staying for one night.

Please turn away. Management team from low to high level were disrespectful. Not even a goodbye on the phone and at their location. Pushed away from both situations to rebook. They kept the money and turned away. Anyone with a good consumer lawyer; litigation team. Thank
