Review retracted: I had an issue with the pharmacy, but CVS made it right. I appreciate the pharmacist Terrell for filling my script again as a one time courtesy. I will send my prescriptions elsewhere in the future now that I’m aware of their provider 30 mile radius rule.
Thank you for being understanding! I’m understanding as well. Policies are in place for a reason. It’s unfortunate some people have to ruin it for everyone else, but ultimately I completely understand why! I respect the pharmacy & pharmacist’s decision. They carry a tremendous liability & I do recognize that. Thank you, CVS Pharmacy Staff Members!

Called to verify receipt of a script. No way to get to a live person. After two messages left and no return call, went into the pharmacy, to find that CVS is still a "red flag" and could not fill my script. Wonder why 1) I called before traveling into the area and was told they could now fill my script and 2) why they received the script, acknowledged it but never returned my two phone calls? Unacceptable, and will likely move to Walgreens before our next trip!!!!!

WOULD GIVE -10 STARS IF I COULD!!! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY!! I WENT IN TO HAVE A NEW PRESCRIPTION FILLED. THEY SAID IS AFTER 4 OK? I SAID COULD I GET IT ANY EARLIER? THE PHARMACIST (I ASSUME) LOOKED OVER AND LITERALLY SAID “GO SOMEWHERE ELSE”. SO RUDE AND IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB. FIND A NEW ONE!!

Terrell the pharmacist and store manager is the rudest person I have ever encountered. When complaining about their phone system that you can never get to a pharmacist he tells me he returned my phone calls which is a lie. He was saying this behind his work area, not at the counter creating more of a disturbance amongst other customers and his employees. When I asked for his name he wouldn't give it until I pressed which he turns around the badge to show you his first name. I wonder why he's hiding it. He was so rude I said I should take my prescriptions to Walgreens to which he replies good I'd like you to. Go. And then very condescendingly waves me off like I'm some little child. I hope regional management looks at mine and other comments on this site and see there's something consistent. Rudeness. I think it's him because the other people who work there have always been very nice to me. But they never call you back when you spend four minutes trying to get to speak to a pharmacist but only get their answering machine. That's their policy, not the answer. I have to go in just to speak to them. They also failed to seek new prescriptions because they go to an old doctor of mine. I tried to let them know about that. It still happens. And then they cannot fill your prescription on time leading one without their medicine due to their runaround and ordering. I won't go back if Terrell is still working there. If I had an employee like that he would've been fired on the spot.

I recently had a very negative experience at this CVS pharmacy. The new manager was extremely unhelpful and refused to fill a prescription I've been getting there for months. Despite my attempts to explain my situation, he was rude and showed little regard for my needs as a customer.I believe that patients should have the right to choose where they obtain their medication, and this experience has left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. The manager's lack of professionalism and empathy has made me reconsider using this pharmacy in the future.If you're looking for a reliable and considerate pharmacy that respects your choices, I would recommend looking elsewhere. This CVS location has failed to meet my expectations, and I would not recommend anyone seeking quality customer service and care.

They say they have a very strict policy of not filling any prescriptions sent from a doctor more than 40 miles away. I contacted the cvs pharmacy regional supervisor and was told , they have no such policy and he has never heard anything like that . These employees are clearly making things up .

The Minute Clinic here is terrible. Waited over an hour past our appointment time because they can’t follow their own check in list even though we were seated in the very small and inadequate waiting area.Clearly theres a reason why appointments are always available here. Now I know. Wish I could rate less than one star.

I can't believe this. My child has an antibiotic called in from the emergency room and medication to bring his incredibly high fever down the pharmacy says they don't have it must be computer error they must resend now they contact me at 449 and say it's done and filled ready for pick up they close at 5 so I called and asked them to wait literally 3 mins past 5 and I'd be there I was almost there and they refused denied me said they can't wait knowing I've been waiting all day for this medication they messed up to begin with and they refuse to wait. Can't no you won't you wouldn't wait 3 mins for a patient a customer a child. That is not right in my eyes super disappointed in this situation.

This has to be the most unprofessional pharmacy that is out there. Left message 4 times, nothing, called corporate, they don't care as well. One employee stated, we don't have time to answer or call people back! The CEO makes 21 million and they are laying off and closing stores. You call Publix and they answer the phone and you get the information you need.
