Guys, why doesn't the resort help and value its customers? How do you want to sell shares etc? It's a shame that you don't look at the customer. I swear I would buy a share and there would be a lot more if you gave value and attention to our customers.Why coffee 14.00?Why is food and drink so expensive?I understand that it could be one, two reais more expensive than the average in BrazilBut not double, triple.If it were fair, I would spend 3x more.And I’m not talking about “saving” I’m talking about feeling cheated. Perfect for a family getaway!I am shocked by the low review on this property. My parents booked a room via VRBO for 6 adults and a kid. It worked so well and had a huge balcony we enjoyed breakfast and lunch on each day. Pool is great and a nice beach just steps from the complex. Highly, highly recommend.

Be very careful by the pool area. I was visiting some friends and I stepped on this bolt near the pool area. I went to the hospital that night and I did contact the hotel the next day and made them aware of the situation even gave them the name of the friends that were staying. The front office person was very sincere, also told me the owner would follow up with me. No contact after that conversation, I was not expecting anything out of it I just wanted a sincere apology and to double check if they did some thing about the bolt to avoid a situation like this in the future. Please just be very careful, I'm not sure what they did afterward hopefully the bolt was taken care of.

FANTASTIC beach front location - 2 great restaurants literally across the street - convenience store one block away.....I didn't need a car, everything I needed was right there for a stress-less ultra-relaxing vacation. The staff, both Diane and the owner, were so, so nice and approachable.I traveled alone and my room was one bedroom, oceanfront...looking right at the waves. Super clean, comfortable and very cold air and ceiling fans. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker - plenty of linens. I didn't have to ask for a thing. Pool and hot tub are amazing and the grounds are very well maintained. I was literally so happy with my choice. Definitely independently owned (not a big chain name) - but so charming and literally, there could not be a closer spot to the beach.The restaurants across the street were great - Screwies (breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks), or Dockside Dave's (lunch, dinner, drinks). Both have inside/outside seating......the Grouper and scallops at Dave's.........soooo good.Thank you so much and I WILL return!
