We visited the Baubles and Bags at John's Pass on 4/20/2024, and my mother bought a wallet. Today is 4/30/2024, and literally one week later ... the $32+ wallet is falling apart. I phoned the store on 4/29/2024 and spoke with a clerk. I explained the situation and offered to send her photos and/or the wallet for a refund. The clerk said, "Well, I bought a wallet from here, and it has lasted two years." I persisted, and the clerk seemed annoyed. She said, I'll have the owner call you. She didn't ask for my phone number or my email. Needless to say, I have yet to receive a phone call from the owner of the store. We won't shop at this store again.

I found a very nice purse there that I liked a lot and even more it was priced at $21.99….I purchased it and when I got back to my hotel room I noticed I was charged $35.30. When I went back I was told that the purse was mis marked and there was nothing they could do…terrible customer service…it was not my fault that it wasn’t priced correctly. I should have received money back. I have purchase a couple of purses there but will never go back. Buyer beware…..

I bought a ring and was told it was sterling silver at purchase, it turned my finger green in 20 minutes. Not happy with purchasing costume jewelry for 35 dollars

Looking forward to returning to purchase another blingy bag! I bought one just after Christmas and have received so many compliments. The quality of the bag has exceeded my expectations! Now I need one for every season.

This little store actually has a good collection of bags and jewellery. The larimar earrings are pretty and inset in sterling silver.

Excellent service from Deborah, the rings we bought are gorgeous! She was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and kind! When I visit the area again I will be sure to shop!

They go over and above to help. I purchased many Anushka purses while on vacation over a weeks time and found the lady who worked there beyond friendly and helpful. I will go back every year. I highly recommend this store.

Very cute store, unfortunately there was no employees to check us out, I was not able to make my purchase. We waited 5 minutes, "yelled" hello several times and nobody came. We even tried calling the store to see if someone would answer. No answer.. For sure not good business practice to leave your store unattended.

I purchased a purse here and when I went to use it, I found the zipper on the inside pocket was broke. (it is unfixible). Also, after a few days, I noticed I was missing items. I could feel things inside the lining of purse and found the pocket on the inside zipper had a hole in it. On emptying everything out to retrieve the items and sew the pocket, I found another hole near the top lining of the purse. I was very disappointed because, the purse is so cute, but I can't use it and I can't return it as I live in another state. :(The reason for 2 stars is, the lady who cashed me out, was very friendly!
