She went the extra mile to call multiple dealerships to try and see if they would accept an outside lender, which today seems to be a bit of a challenge! She also thought outside of the box for different approaches on how I could finance the lease buy out when it appeared that the first Mazda dealership would not engage in the loan process.I am truly grateful for all the support the lending team at Grow has done just for me, when I just applied for a loan online. I have not been a member of the Grow family before now; however, because of the extra mile and attention I received I now have a lower interest loan for the car that I love. “You have to maintain $5,000 in your checking account and their locations are sparse I think the the tellers inside have a specific pitch for new customers I don't like that being that I have sold everything from books to homes. The prose is it's easy to get a checking account and don't have to worry about your credit and their lacks on that which is a good thing for those of us that have low credit scores”

“GREAT customer service and staff. Opened a new account and felt very welcome. The only downside is that if you open an account by depositing a check it takes 3 WEEKS for your money to clear. This is a bit much especially with today's technology. The most I have ever had to wait at other banks is 10 days, which still seems long. Besides that everything about my visit to the bank was great. I would highly recommend based on the customer service.”

My father banks with RB already and managed to convince me to come to this branch and speak with David about switching banks . I currently bank with suntrust for both my business and personal (over 2 years now) and after just one meeting with David i was convinced that this is the right bank for me to be with . David has treated my dad like family and in just 2 weeks now i already feel like I’m his family as well . My store is in Clearwater which is quite a distance and David made it priority to bring me documents, checks and personal attention all the way to my store . “Last week I called Julia Casavant at BayFirst. I hung up without leaving a message. Unbelievably, five minutes later Julia returns my call. She asks how she can help me. I said i wanted overdraft protection. I promised to stop by her office at noon the next day. I was 30 minutes late. When I arrived, Julia had completed all the necessary forms. All I had to do was sign my name. Plus, even though Julia had lunch plans that day, she delayed her lunch until I arrived. At BayFirst, I am treated like a millionaire -even though i am not.”
