This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. The post master Travis thinks he can talk to you however he wants. Our mail has been misdelivered three times and thankfully the neighbor came and gave it to us. We have two missing packages with no resolution. We have missing mail for weeks now and keep getting the answer well it takes time but we have received mail that was sent out two weeks after our important douments still have not shown up. I have never had such a hard time getting my mail delivered until now. If I could give zero stars I would because this post office should be reevaluated on their employees attitudes and the way they speak to their customers. Looking at these other reviews seems like I am not the only one.

I stopped shipping my packages from this location. There's an older male that is very inconvenienced when you ask him to scan your packages in for receipt. They're already packaged and labeled. He repeatedly tells me there's a way to do it myself and if he has a line he won't scan 8 6x9 envelopes. Lol.Not to mention packages are left propped against my mailbox or marked delivered when they weren't.

I live outside of Baker County, but spend enough time on the weekends here to use the USPS services. I once sent an important letter with a money order to the IRS at this location and it never got delivered. That day I went to the counter to mail it and the man at the counter looked mad at something, I can't prove it but I swear that he threw my letter in the trash. It had to be him since postage was already on the letter and I hand delivered it to this angry looking clerk. I was not even in the post office more than 1 minute so it was nothing I did. Thank goodness I was able to get an answer from my bank about the money order... that the money order was just never cashed and the IRS said they never got it....I Will NEVER send an important letter here again. I'd rather make a drive to another town instead. I feel so sorry if people have to put up with these clerks...the self-service machine can't be installed soon enough for this area! (On second thought) If these clerks have to load the bins, be warned that they may still throw mail away...I wouldn't even use a self-check out machine here after what happened to me...disturbing, right?

Our packages are frequently not delivered with bogus reasons cited such as "mail receptacle inaccessible", which has NEVER been true, or "encountered problems". And recently the carrier ran down a "Slow Children" sign in front of my yard. Glad there were no ACTUAL children out that day... (btw, I don't think it is our regular carrier who is doing this. It seems like it's always when we have a sub. The slow children sign was definitely a sub because we saw him do it)

Employees are LIARS and very rude. If they DON'T do their job and deliver your package they will say it was delivered in mailbox KNOWING they still have it. While letting you think someone has stolen your package. This post office is VERY POOR QUALITY. NEED NEW MANAGERS THAT CAN DO THEIR JOB. I wouldn't have given any stars (would have given a NEGATIVE five stars)... but had to give one to make a review.

Our local postal lady is horrible! She will not deliver packages to our door and will instead put a slip in the mailbox for us to go to the Post Office to pick up our packages. We have a dog that has been outside a few times but the majority of the time she is inside and the lady writes "dangerous dog" on the slip so that she doesn't have to deliver the package. Several of the packages could fit in the mailbox! We have complained several times to the Post office staff but nothing has been done about her. She will also refuse to deliver a package and put "customer request to be kept at the post office" on the slip.

It's the post office. Not a place known for its kind and courteous employees. You get exactly what you expect. Employees that act like you're wasting their time and are very short with you. You barely walk away with the information you needed. Even overheard a guy giving them someone else's that they had put in his PO box. So yeah.Not our countries finest, that's for sure. But we need it so I won't blast them too hard for now.
