My toddler fell asleep on the way to pick up our order. I went to the drive thru and explained that I had mistakenly hit counter pick up when I placed my mobile order and my child was asleep. I asked if I could get my order from the drive thru. The lady then said: I don't know what to tell you, but you have to come in to get your order. So I parked and carried my sleeping 37 lb. toddler into the restaurant, grabbed my bags and left!

Drive thru time was over 20 minutes (at 2pm). No Shakes or Ice-cream, no iced coffees, no coke, no receipt paper to even give you a receipt. Got 2 red lights down the road and realized they only gave us one order of fries even though we paid for 3 meals. Had to turn around and drive back up there. Took another 20 minutes inside the restaurant to get the 2 missing orders of fries, which had absolutely zero salt on them. Once I saw the manager and staff in action I understood the problem. The manager was unable to focus on any one task. If anyone said anything to her at all while she was something she would stop and then appear to not remember what she was doing and would just wander off. She and her staff were bickering back and forth. It was apparent that the staff did not like her, each other or their jobs. Very bad experience for every customer in there. I told two car loads of people in the parking lot that I wouldn't even bother going in there.

I just would like to say that I do apologize to all of the customers for the McDonald's here in Macclenny. As an employee of this establishment I am also appalled for how some but not all of the employees attitudes or their demeanor towards people. I have witnessed how the employees would treat the customers as if the customers were bothering them. There's way too much drama and some employees think that they are better than anyone else or they think that people owe them something. So I do apologize to all of the customers who has or had any bad experiences with this McDonald's.

Came up to the drive thru, waited for a while for someone to come onto the mic. Said hello a few times. No one came. Went to the window, of course, workers in there just laying around doing nothing….even looked me dead in the eyes and still didn’t come to the window. Couldn’t even tell me they weren’t serving, probably bc they were supposed to bc idk? It’s a 24hour McDonald’s. Seriously frustrating. Do better.

Ordered online app for pickup in drive-through. The filet of fish was very dry and hard. Old, and it was not close to fresh. Tried to call, and phones seem to be down as the call is not going through.

I've had 2 experiences in the last two weeks. I swore I wouldn't go back after the first. My 1 yr old granddaughter has been having a lot of ear infections. I picked her up from Daycare to take her to Children's Medical across from our McDonald's in Macclenny. She was hungry and thirsty by the time I left there so I took her over there in her stroller to get her something to eat and drink. I ordered on the kiosk. Several people after I ordered received their food. My granddaughter was getting very fussy so I TRIED to get someone's attention to find out what was the hold up. After being ignored for several more minutes and my granddaughter getting more fussy by the minute, I walked out. Thank God I had some water in the car. I'll not go into the service and the 15 minutes in the drive through this morning. Let's just say, they need to take some tips from the McDonald's in Whitehouse off interstate 10. They have it together.I fixed her favorite multi grain cereal when we got home.
