I made an appointment on the phone at noon. The individual that answer the phone said the next appointment was 3 o’clock that same afternoon I specifically told her that I needed to file last year‘s and this year‘s taxes she said that would be no problem and told me the name of the individual I would have an appointment with When I get there at my scheduled time, I see the individual that I had an appointment with who then told me that she could not do my taxes and she doesn’t know how to do last year with this year. Another individual chimed in there and said that I would have to make another appointment, I’ve always done my taxes with H&R Block and this really upset me that I had to do this after waiting three hours of my appointment only to be told that they don’t know how to add last year’s but this year’s taxes I would have to wait on the individual who knew how to do that. And I would have to schedule another appointment. That’s ridiculous. In my opinion.
