It was so easy, I shopped the Gibson McDonald web site, found what I was looking for, went to my Local Gibson McDonald's ( in Macclenny ,Fl) , where I spoke with a Very kind and knowledgeable sales person, they took care of all the paper work, I put down a small deposit, signed and that was it, all under 30 minutes. N7 days later, I recieved my purchase, the Gibson McDonald delivery( great guys) team showed up, right on time, put it togather in minutes and I'm SUPER Satisfied. Thanks Ms Robin. ❤️

My wife and I ordered over $7000 worth of furniture. It was scheduled to deliver on Wed between 11 am and 4 pm. I got a text at 9:21am asking if they could come early. I said sure that would be great. I work third shift and they never replied back and didn’t show up until 1:27 pm. I basically stayed awake and waited for nothing. They had to make two trips to deliver everything and finally finished at 4:30pm. The delivery guys Waylon and Michael were great. I called and spoke to the genius Aaron who sent me the text about coming early and he made excuses about not seeing my reply.The beds side rails have long cracks in them on both sides. My wife called up there and spoke to Robin and Robin said that the delivery guy pointed this out before he took the damaged rails for the delivery. She gave him the ok. Is this stuff you want in your house? Hopefully the bed doesn’t break. You pay good money for something, it shouldn’t be broken when you receive it.There is alot more to post but I am just frustrated about the experience. We planned to buy a zero turn mower and several thousand more dollars of furniture to finish up our new home, but we will be taking our business elsewhere.

my husband and I went in to adventure around the store, and we fell in love with a couch we decided to purchase for our home. the process wasn't too frustrating to deal with. the employees were super helpful and patient. they answered any questions and made our experience very nice. the delivery was quite nice as well. super awesome people. we plan to purchase more in the future. and when boss man plays along with your husband in the funniest conversation and says "get up out my trap house", it made our adventure absolutely gold.

The customer service, product and delivery was absolutely Amazing!! I purchased it on Wednesday and it was delivered on Saturday.Robin was Very Helpful!!! They deserve a 5 star rating !!

Robin was very patient, and knowledgeable.It took 3 different visits looking through the computer to find what would fit on the wall I was working with. She is a number person. Fast in her head with measurements. Not once did I feel pressure or hurried .The delivery men were very respectful of my home. Wiped feet before entering my home.(raining) and was very careful of surrounding objects and newly painted wall. Highly recommend.!
