Thankful for this cvs! The retail staff are amazing- especially Jenny! She goes out of her way to help me and the kids each time we come in. We are always greeted, and spoken to with care and respect. We get all of our prescriptions filled here too. The pharmacy staff is very nice minus 2 of the girls who have an attitude no matter what day-or time you come. Kind of makes me uncomfortable to be honest. However the other staff makes up for it so I’m still giving them 5 stars!

I moved here two weeks ago and transferred my prescription from West Palm Bch. CVS pharmacy, The young lady, by the name of Savannah was extremely outstanding And also extremely educated, When it comes time for her review, please give her the highest amount possible she truly deserved it and made me feel so very comfortable. Thank you Savannah you are the best at what you do!!! 🙏😇

This pharmacy has to be better about notifying their patients about changes regarding their prescriptions. I had a prescription that was switched to a different manufacturer. I was not notified by CVS but instead figured it out on my own when I suddenly started getting sick immediately after I took my medication. I was then told about the switch of manufacturers and got an appointment with my doctor so she could put in a special note so they could order in the manufacturer I was used to. She did and I got my prescription, even waited an extra amount of time as if they were waiting on it to get there. I pick up my prescription, double check with the girl that it’s the one it should be and she says yes. Yet, I am still getting sick but I know my doctor put in the note and the girl assured me that it was the right medication. So, I wrote it off as just not eating enough before I took it and that I needed to transition my body back onto the medication since I had to quit it cold turkey. This is until a month or two goes by and I am sick as a dog 24/7 and my body still hasn’t adjusted. I call CVS and it is then i’m told that they probably can’t get that specific manufacturer in because it isn’t their preferred manufacturer. Okay that is fine but why wasn’t I notified when the note was put it that they couldn’t get the manufacturer I needed. I would rather have no meds at all than be sick like this. If I had been notified initially I could have gotten ahold of my doctor and gotten this worked out much sooner rather than convincing myself I was crazy. I never had this type of drama at Winn-Dixie pharmacy :(

Pharmacy tech was completely rude and unprofessional. I had to ask the woman to stop yelling my information and come closer to the counter so others wouldn't hear my information. Her response was no one else is in line. Then she proceeded to clap her hands and stick her hand in my face. Refused to listen to my complaint that my medication is constantly being refilled after I am already out. I'm honestly so embarrassed by the entire situation. Just because we live in a small town and do not have many options to choose from doesn't mean that we should be treated this way.

I frequently go to this CVS and the staff is very friendly, ready to help whether I find a product or to assist when doing the self checkout, I really enjoy shopping at this store.

I use to shop in CVS Macclenny, Fl at least once a week, I am retired and sometimes i need assistant using the self checkout and coupons to apply, or other reasons when shopping, I really appreciate the help of the manager an his nice attitude willing to help when i need assistance, I wish all the stuff be nice like him. Thanks

If I could put 0 stars I would. A few years back I would have recommended it but definitely not now. They can't never seem to get my seizure meds ordered on time anymore when I call 2 or 3 days ahead of time they keep forgetting to put in the order. I've been numerous of days without my meds the past 6 months having seizures and they could all careless with attitudes. After 10 years of service there they just lost this 2,000$ a month. I know some meds can't be played around with and I can't let them keep playing around with my serious seizure meds. I recommend being careful if it's something you have to have and can't miss a dose

Was literally just lied to about a 24-48 hour policy you have for transferring prescriptions EVEN THOUGH I JUST TRANSFERRED IT FROM ANOTHER PHARMACY.... thanks so much for using your made up policy to feel better about denying a 4 year old her medication.

I have called this store every day for 2 weeks about my sons medication. No one will call me back. Yesterday I called and spoke with someone in the store who took my name and number and said she will give it to the pharmacy but she won’t make any guarantees that I will get a call from anyone. This is the absolute most horrible pharmacy I have ever dealt with how you got 2.4 stars is unbelievable.

This place is an actual joke, calling it garbage would be an insult to garbage. The drive thru ALWAYS has a long line and the once you get up to there it takes just as long, i always have to plan to take trip there at the end of the day and it takes so long to get anything. I don't know what type of management this estbalishment is being run by, there is only one good pharmacist and named Ally and she does things in a timly manner. This place is where time stands still. And they just do not care. GET BETTER MANAGEMENT.

This CVS is a joke.Lost a dropped off prescription while my daughter and I both have the flu. Should be enough said.How do you lose a prescription in less than 5 hours? Especially after I’ve called 4 times about it?Some people should not be working in a pharmacy it’s clear they do not care. I wish I knew your name so I could post it, but I was too pissed to ask.
